I for one cannot wait to see what questions he gets asked on Easter Friday before the Brighton game. This guy has been instrumental in bringing in the likes of Stead, Patterson, Lopez and one decent signing in Wells. It will be interesting to see if he shoulders any responsibility for what we are now seeing and if the club have changed their quoted signing policy of 2 to 3 players in the summer to have a decent side? Equally he seems keen on the stat side of things which see us passing the ball along the back four and in midfield without any end product.

What makes you think he's keen on the stats side of things?
He's said he's not involved in number crunching.

I will be asking questions and hope others do so as it will probably our last chance this season to have any potential say over what happens in the summer. Whilst we may not change things at least you can feel your views have been heard.

We were 12th in the league until Radio Leeds started interviewing our Director of Football. Bloody local radio stations.

He was also influential in getting lolley and Wells to the club but I see you have chosen to leave that out!! Plus players for the future like billing and tronstad , no idea why people are shifting the blame onto this guy he doesn't sign the players.

He's head of football operations. Scouting etc (listen to RL interview) but some people are too ignorant to listen to the information provided. Now he apparently picks the team, how laughable can you get!

Usually when we have someone down there you get a load of people spouting this and that on here wanting proper answers to questions, then they don't have the sack to go down there and ask them. Fair play to you htfc63 if you go down and ask your questions, but most people that moan on here behind a keyboard, don't have the sack to get down there and ask the questions and end up making excuses. Let's see you guys down there and let's have a lively debate!

I was told a few months back(by the well informed on here) that he has absolutely no say on transfers what so ever,it's MR who makes the decisions on signings and rightly so. Also fair play to him for putting his neck on the block next week it could get very heated.I once asked him a question to his face outside the ground and to be fair he gave me a straight answer,i didn't agree with him but he didn't waffle just told me straight, respect.

Id be interested to know what he is responsible and accountable for in a broad sense, identification / recommendation of players and so on And how that has changed if at all since his promotion to director level Also What does he see as his short term achievements so far in terms of players and other activities And With the future prospects that have joined the club when does he envisage them reaching the first team and / or might we consider selling them along the way ie what is the next stage or options with them I dont know if he is in a position that should attract criticism or praise as appropriate or if he is just doing the leg work for the powers that be I dont think it will bring out the best in him if he gets battered re the introduction of less than successful recruits The interview with him on radio Leeds, on the other thread, would answer a lot of your questions. It's a good listen.

MR has the final say. Ross Wilson said on the radio show he did a while back that MR gets advised of players and watches them but sometimes doesn't like the look of them. He added that sometimes if said player(s) are impressing, they ask him to watch again and sometimes he still isn't interested.
