Is that a prediction, or something you want to see happen?

The only way it would happen is through injury.

Fulham's third goal? The rocket from Mccormack that he smashed into the top corner.... A real clanger that!

It was poor from Smithies, went straight through him but think the conditions were to blame as it was like a wall of rain at that point

Easy to forget just how good some of his saves were against Forest that kept us in front.

The goal at Fulham was similar to the one at Leeds, straight through him from distance. "deflection","rocket" etc
Just seen the sun is shining at the stadium, usually spells trouble when he comes out sporting that unlucky cap.

We have good first and second choice keepers at the club this year. I've not seen all the matches but from the matches I have been at I think Smithies has had a good start to the season, crucially making a good level of improvement on commanding his area and challenging for high crosses.
Some people on here would moan about a paper cut from a winning lottery ticket.

He looked pretty safe today. Good distribution.

Whilst his distribution was pretty good, I wouldn't have described him as safe. Hesitant coming out and shaky under corners. He palmed a couple away but I can't remember him claiming one. Certainly nothing to suggest to me he should be starting ahead of Smithies.

I thought he was quality. The amount of over the top balls to May he foiled was excellent
