He did say Stead was down to Robins and that he had nothing to do with it Sent from my SM-G900F using proboards Really? That's a 360 if accurate!

Don't care what anyone says, it is bloody unprofessional slagging current or former players off in front of the fans, totally unacceptable.

These players are costing Hoyle personally £100,000's each.
If they don't like DH criticism and feel that principled they could offer to resign. I'm sure DH would let them leave. Obviously that is facetious and wouldn't happen
The club will honour their contracts in full. However how many players have not honoured their deals when a chance for a big move has happened
Now there's the real hypocrisy

used the opportunity to defend the good work RW has done at the club, and criticized those fans who attack RW's position at the club purely because they don't understand his role, a point I wholeheartedly agree with him on. Ok then sheriff you let me and thousands more know what Ross Wilson brings to the table at Huddersfield Town??? Im looking forward to your reply...

The saying "don't air your dirty washing in public" - age of the internet/social media has sort of trashed that one... To be fair he was only responding to dean airing the laundry at canalside .. Works both ways That's what I meant really - any public figure says something of interest to the press/people and by the time they're out of the building the storm has already started...

was anything mentioned in regards to incoming transfers? Nothing specific, just that we are lot more cautious now as we don't want another Stead or Paterson. ALF was a done deal but he chose Bolton for personal reasons. We aren't in for Hanson either, (unless he's bluffing) We could do with another Paterson to be fair.

DID HE REALLY SAY HE WANTED4 MORE OUT? Well he said he wanted Gerard and Gobern out, didn't mention anyone else that I can remember. Hoyle wanted Gobern out? Or Powell? That would be a bit stupid looking at our midfield today.

If the ALF deal was a done deal then why the fuck did powell say we weren't in for him??? Who's covering up the cracks in our signing targets policy?

Anthony Gerrard ?@antgerrard86 · 2m2 minutes ago If those comments are true then that's his opinion, but very disappointing if true. It does make me laugh how Gerrard is lambasted for tweeting nonsense yet his boss can stand in a pub saying he hopes he's gonna leave (despite being under contract). Same for Oscar, very poor from Mr Hoyle. Its constructive dismissal. Those lads should be on to the PFA probably.

Gobern is still one of our players. Neither Deano or Powell should be publicly saying they want him out! What the fucking hell are our hierarchy playing at?

I don't understand all this Twitter stuff but he should be not discovering what bollocks has been spoken about him from a supporters q&a with the chairman, poor stuff I'm afraid.

Spot on.
Kinda glad I did my prematch drinking up town and didn't read this until now.
Although that did mean I was under the impression Smithies wasn't playing because he was on his way for talks with Stoke!

Wasn't there uproar on here when Posh's owner had a pop at his players 2 weeks ago? I think most of the reaction was pro-chaiman,anti-player. Or Anti-Posh player at least

Powell wanted Gobern out but now he's had a U tern on that one. Gobern now is considering his options with his agent. Alf was on his way but Bolton offered more, end of. Stead and Ward gone back to square one.

Gobern for all the stick he gets will do a better job than Edgar in midfield.
I thought Gobern was harshly dropped last week when the transfer tombola spat out David Edgar!

Negative voices however small the minority, are much louder than positive ones. It's a fact of life, If he gets upset by it, he's in the wrong business. For every negative poster, twitter clown or however else he sees it, there are 100s that aren't. When he made that interview after robins went, he blamed negativity of fans, once he did that, it signalled the end of his tenure in my opinion and the start of his exit strategy. Let's hope he leaves still on a positive if that's his plan, and not relegation. Balancing the books now, but very risky if he is hoping not to continue investment. Championship clubs of our size that operate on a break even budget are very rare and I imagine we will find our level back In league one within a couple of years using that strategy, ultimately meaning all the investment was basically a big waste of cash. Absolutely bullshit you fucking muppet Thought it was a fairly balanced opinion, however what's your opinion you fucking jizzdrinker.....

He's a big lad who will not compliment what we have in the midfield. Sooner Hogg back the better. How many games you watched Gobern play in?

No rich the fans of huddersfield town will support the players ever more.
Theres players at this club who are on a jolly and we can exclude Edgar for now due to just signing.
All people ask is a shift.

Edgar has started two games and been shit. A centre half playing in midfield. Powell has to take the blame for me playing such a negative system from the off against a really poor team. We do not have a plan b when teams come here and play a rough game and get in our faces. Losing Wells did not help, but our only threat seems to be Scannell, and tactically Leeds did a job on him today so our manager should have changed things in the second half to go on and try to win the game instead of playing it out for a draw.
