Good on Raith. Finished 14 points clear of Partick anyway. Used to play golf with a Raith fan, Director at BT. Took me round Wentworth a few times. And thatβs not a euphemism.

Carlos sacked in the morning Doubt it, they absolutely love him there People looking at it without context. Got a West Brom mate who said they didnβt expect to be near the playoffs, spent nothing in summer, Saints got a much better squad.

2 of the 3 relegated clubs promoted back to the PL at the first time of asking. The third team will be the play off final loser. Last yrs promoted sides all heading back to the championship. Almost the perfect sand timer sort of thingβ¦ Which means that the Premier League saves a whole load on parachute payments. Wonder where that goes π€ Not sure if thatβs a rhetorical question but all Β£103M saved is shared between the PL clubs. Heartwarming, eh?

Heartwarming, eh? It was a rhetorical question π The premier league claim they put Β£1.5bn over 3 years into the EFL and other leagues - a bigger number sounds better than Β£500m a year. It's already been shown that half of that goes in parachute payments so hardly "grassroots". So they're saving 20% of next year's money.

Heartwarming, eh? Should be divided by 69. The remaining EFL clubs (3 promoted and relegated team get Β£0.00)

Any good? Iβm going in July First part was a bit shit, to be honest. Got better when he actually started doing some stand-up. Saw him last year. Underwhelmed to say the least to be honest. Once saw him on a pre tour warm up in some club in Colne many years ago, and he was bordering on genius. Time moves on, alas.

Two former Town keepers on the bench in the L1 play-off final.
Joel Coleman (Bolton) & Simon Eastwood (Oxford).

Bolton play boring football. And being punished for it. Been very timid so far. Deserve to be 0-1 down.

no. 19 drops deep to get Bolton going and they cut straight through Oxford. Need movement else it is just centre halves stood on the ball waiting, before eventually lumping it long.
