Well Town won't be playing Farsley in the FA Cup, insipid performance in a 2-1 defeat vs Kettering at Guiseley. Kettering probably had more fans than Farsley did.

Why do the commentators on female football not point out the negatives. Arsenal just scored a goal which happened due to awful defending and goalkeeping but that wasn't once mentioned like it would be watching a men's game. I get their game is about positivity but it makes a bit of a mockery of the sport when you completely ignore the obvious That was like Walking Football 🤣 |

First visit to AFC Fylde today v Rocdale.
Cracking stadium with billiard table like playing surface and just under a couple of thousand in.
4-1 to Rochdale with some good goals in there. Both teams playing tippy tippy from the goalkeeper when half of them clearly aren’t up to it.
Does my head in .Three of the goals came from someone panicking on the ball.
Seems that the modern coach knows only one way.Fylde now have Kevin Phillips in charge.Perhaps he will go for a big man little man combo?
It certainly worked well for his career.

The scoreline wont show the Finnish chances and when in the game they were. That will be ignored after a 'comfortable' win. Its probably in a nutshell why we havent won anything since 66..?? His forward play (which can be good at times) really isn't good enough to make up for how atrocious he is defensively and positionally. Probably gets away with it at Liverpool as people bail him out. Fans seem to love him - well until he leaves next summer. |

There must be a story there, Barnsley having two women’s’ teams. Town women's twitter says Barnsley forfeited the tie. Yes, there are two Barnsley women's teams. The one associated with Oakwell that Town should have played got promoted to 4th tier last year and were called Barnsley Ladies last season. There was already a Barnsley Women's team at Tier 4, the one that Town have beaten in County Cup final a few times, however, I think they must have gone to Sheffield and Hallamshire league as no longer in tier 4, and were, as you say, beaten 7 0. |
