Don't accept this concept that people who go to away matches to places like Accrington do it out of blind loyalty to the Club & therefore deserve some kind of "away ticket priority reward".
I've probably been to over 130 grounds watching Town - including many a wet winter night, and I did it cos I enjoyed it
I'd drop the terrier on tour scheme but otherwise leave it as it is, ie SC & B&WF first priority (not Patrons), SC second priority, on first come basis.
I'd also guarantee the loyal 4,000 a ticket for either Manure or Liverpool.
Simple fact is whatever scheme you have, if you have an allocation of 3,000 and 3,001 wanting a ticket someone is going to be disappointed.

Would anything new actually be needed we had a loyalty system in place a while back that gave points for attending games, the 1908 scheme. no you would still have the fact on record that people had paid into the foundation for years or been patrons for many moons..some of which time was spent watching a load of old shite.. what you pay into a premier league club is as important as how many away games you might be able to attend.. I say again I have no problem in 'fighting' for away tickets with any member of the foundation/patrons/season card holders no matter when they joined and started paying in.. I don't think you can bank on accurate historic records of ANYTHING to be honest. There are some folk who have had season tickets every year since 1995, who have kept the same client ref number throughout, who haven't been included in "The 4400" (or whatever the number was).

i think the club will keep the same priority scheme as this year which will probably get us through the furst2 away games - problems will start when the big games come along

for example if we get 3000 tickets for palace and these sell out to priority holders then because they have been to a game they will get priority for the next one - and if they attend that even greater priority for the next as they have now attended 2 awaygames - so any scheme would appear to me to pretty much guarantee those who go to palace a ticket for most games and the rest pretty much nothing

It should be easy to check, but it seems the database relationships are not entirely robustly defined. I personally know someone who has fallen foul of this. And I personally know that ( whilst it doesn't impact me, as I became "disloyal" (or, "discerning"!) when we didn't get rid of Robins or Powell until long after the tenure they should in my opinion have been granted), they can't retrieve my own buying history prior to 2014, even though I have the same client reference number I've had since 1995.

(Ps...my own online bank records appear to stop at the year 2010).

having thought things through logically (for once) I think the terriers on tour initiative placed a value of 20 on loyalty - so as a season ticket holder of 40 years plus my value to town is about 50p a year - just under 1p per game -

Well I'm off the Palace. If I have to bivvawak down for the night outside the ticket office so be it, but I'm going. They've got a new manger in place and we're going to spoil the party. Hoo yaaa

If it was for a season card it will be easily identifiable..

Some fans think they have a Devine right to be in front of others, I've had a season ticket for the last10 years etc etc. I've been to 20 away games last year, etc etc. Most town fans have a history of following this great club most through bloody hard footy times. Me personally I want to watch town away from home this year and if questioned on it have visited 3/4 s of the 92 grounds watching town over the years, do I think I deserve a ticket more than others NO. Get a grip everyone and accept you will go to away games just maybe not them all and stop being selfish bastards.

You are however crazy if you think that an individual should be expected to go through the rigmorole of requesting historic data from their bank in order to prove history for a loyalty ticketing scheme (which is why it won't happen!).

I read that too. Assumed it meant away clubs had to give 3,000 tickets (or 10%) and that all current clubs chose to give the minimum. Would be odd to have a cap if clubs wanted to give more, as it would be in no one's best interest. Based on Tottenham confirming that they will only be giving 3,000 away allocation at Wembley it seems an unwritten rule that clubs give maximum 3,000 away tickets or 10%. Seems every club uses the £30 cap as reason to charge that as well so likely Town will charge away fans £30 as well I guess.

If you had priority last year you should be offered it again but at a vastly increased price to reflect the demand?
Blue and White membership: £100 per year without any priority £200 per year with priority for 1 ticket £300 per year with priority including season ticket holding children
TOT £100
Only available as renewals for 2 weeks. See how sales go and open up to general sale if 3000 priority memberships not sold?

The club are keen to have a simple solution. What is to stop those taking up BWF opting out once they have got any tickets? How does that sit with a maximum of £30 per away ticket? Are you expecting those payments to be made up front? If so then the Academy could suffer when those cannot afford it up front

No wonder it's causing them some headaches. It's a time bomb waiting to go off.
If Patrons had priority before they should have it again.
There should be a cheap B and W option with no ticket priority as mentioned £100.
No need to pay up front you just lose priority when you cancel and you can't rejoin for 12 months.

I don`t really understand all this Blue and White Foundation getting priority for away tickets. I must admit that I had to use mine a few times last season as I topped up 23 away games in total, with the Rochdale and play offs. I have been a member for some time now, but did it to help out with our Academy, not for priority for away games. I have not purchased a ToT membership, but would do if I needed to. I know it will be hard to get away tickets for the first time I can remember. I struggle with all this priority 1 stuff. Don`t get me wrong I am one of them, but some folk cant afford to purchase all these membership schemes. It just doesn`t seem fair to me that if you have a few bob you have a greater chance of watching Town away. Surely there has to be a better way. I know that I will not get to many away games this season because of supply and demand. Couldn`t we say each season ticket holder is allowed to pick half a dozen games only.Once you reach that then that`s your lot. If demand for say Liverpool was so great then it will be drawn from a large hat. I know its not a great idea but I would like to think most folk will get to see the Terriers away. Not just us chosen few going to all the games. It isn`t fair or right. TTID

It's only routes through Huddersfield impacted on October 27, 28, 29 and January 19, 20, 21 isn't it? Will still be able to go via Brighouse/Halifax to Manchester and onwards.

Whatever the scheme is going to be, the club needs to let us know before TV fixtures are announced on 10th July. I've held off booking trains etc. because (a) I don't know whether the date will be changed for TV coverage and (b) I don't know whether I'll be able to get a match ticket. By the time I know (a), I want to know (b) as well!

Mitz you sound like a spoilt child many of us want the golden tickets. But surprise surprise in life sometimes you don't get what you want. If your one of the lucky ones then enjoy. We live in a world where people want it now and can't cope with not having it now. Spoilt and brat spring to mind.
