Going to have to go To Mablethorpe this year, don’t ask, but if I had to recommend anywhere in Europe it would be Italy and Croatia. The rest, not really

I always go British during the summer. Off to wales for a week, using a luxurious cottage as a base whilst i scope out a rumoured common stonechat. Then i will use the british winter as my annual mount teide escape.

About to fly home from Oslo. Beautiful place but fuck me it’s expensive. Pained me going through duty free and seeing a six pack of beer cost less that I paid for one can of it earlier today.
Filey in a few weeks which is infinitely better than most places I’ve ever visited.

Just had a week mountain biking at Kingdom Trails, Vermont. Wonderful!
Will have 5 days carp fishing in September, probably Otonabee River, P'boro, Ontario.

If you are driving up from Kerry, the drive along the coast is monumental. Limerick is a cracking night out despite its reputation (stab city). County Clare is ace and Galway is one of my favourite cities in the world. Come September, there will be Oyster festivals everywhere.

We’ll be kipping in Killarney while we’re over that way then as I say finishing in Galway.
