Don't be disingenuous. You started a thread suggesting that they committed fraud because they are Nigerian. Your thread was removed because it was very obviously xenophobic. If you want to start a thread about them being imprisoned, then fine. But using this story as a thin façade to try and get attention so that you can cry about fascism and snowflakes simply isn't going to wash.
Not only that, but you've posted this in the main board when it should go in the "Forum Rules and Admin Issues" board, where I am moving this thread.

I really don't care how you try to justify it. It was xenophobic no matter how many Nigerian friends you have.
You have a very simple choice, you can either start posting on this forum in the way that you used to and not getting up on your little soap box to try and deliberately provoke a reaction, or you can keep going as you are at the moment, which will end up with you on a permanent ban (which is what your next yellow card will get you). Scream fascism and intolerance all you want, but if you carry on as you are doing then you'll be screaming at your computer screen as it tells you that you can't log onto the forum.

Having read the thread, it strikes me Cheesy did you a favour. Had it been reported by another posters, it would almost certainly have resulted in a yellow and a lifetime ban, as this is the next step.
As for moving this thread, you started this as a rant against the admins for how we police the site. this is obviously where it belongs.

Cant anything posted in offtopic or politics be a little more lenient when it comes to bans/yellow cards etc. If something controversial is posted in tott then fair enough.

Several posts get reported on there that the admin team would sanction on the main board but get no action on the politics thread. I believe kennyk2 once commented on such a post in the admin panel with "it's on the politics sub-board - lock the door and leave it alone" or words to that effect. |

Let me be clear, if otium gets banned, it means i will be going with him, along with every other loyal EPBS member, that includes one of your admin staff that is secretly serving as a EPBS member. Characters make this forum what it is, and without them it crumbles. There is already a epbs forum ready to take command of.
Im sure we all want whats best for datm, but measures are in place for such circumstances. One of those circumstances is a admin motion of no confidence.
Stand ready, chips, sussed and 2ic otium.
