Bockhorn gone off injured, Makasi on, Smith not his replacement, he's gone folks Impact injury or has he pulled up? Impact, took a knock to his knee as he chased the forward down the sideline. Clearly nothing too serious but not taking any chances this early in pre-season. At a guess a bit of icing tonight and he'll be ok.

0-0 HALF TIME Greuther Furth done most of the attacking and look more likely to score, without being very threatening. We've had the one Koroma chance - shot from difficult angle. Bacuna involved in nearly everything for Town - good and bad - he's committed numerous fouls and would have been booked by now in a "proper" match, but has looked fired up.
For me, none of new players done much (good or bad) - a scrappy game - I think VLP has lost the ball/misdirected a cross the few times he's had it and Kachunga has worked hard, but produced zilch (a bit unfair as Town as a whole have done next to nothing creatively.)
Plenty of effort and running from the Town players - I know it's a friendly so musn't overreact, but not a lot positive to report, other than the effort being put in, and Bacuna standing out.A youngish, "new" Town team.

I was holding back on making any judgments until the game finishes Remarni-Edmonds and Stankovic has looked very composed at the back.

Bockhorn gone off injured, Makasi on, Smith not his replacement, he's gone folks Definitely injured or planned? He played exactly 30 mins in both games (came on at 60 in the first). EDIT: don't worry, just seen your post clarifying this above. Cheers. Doesn't change the point on Smith mind you.

Doesn't change the point on Smith mind you. I'm watching the game. He took a knock on his knee while chasing the opposition winger/forward down the line. Not to serious just taken off as a precaution.

These ratings . I know, I know, but.... the numbers seem entirely out of context with the script; 'fucking great: 6 (just above average)' Jonathan Hogg Hassled Furth out of possession and played an immediate pass for Grant to level the scoring. Performance generally exactly what you'd expect from the battling midfielder. 6
Aaron Mooy The most advanced of the midfield three, stepping up when Town were in possession to offer another runner or when Furth had the ball in their own half to put them under pressure. Set piece delivery as good as ever. 6
Adama Diakhaby Showed his speed and linked up intelligently with Hadergjonaj down the Town right. 6Especially when you compare Hogg to O'Brien: Lewis O'Brien Didn't look at all out of place in the Town midfield alongside the more familiar faces of Mooy and Hogg. Won the ball superbly to create quick breaks three times in the first half. 9Or is it just me? (I am bored)

I think that he says something like "fortuitously dropped for Grant"

Examiner 'live' update says precautionary substitution after injury. The Examiner providing facts quicker than the club.... Shit, things are changing! Are we definitely sure this is first hand information, and not the result of a poll or translated from a Austrian bar maids twitter feed? EDIT: I've just seen your reply re: ratings. Back to business as usual.

79 mins - Pritchard in space in penalty area from good Flo cross - takes too many touches and balloons it over the bar. I could have scored.
