Promoted to the Premier League for the last three successive seasons with Brighton, Fulham and now Norwich Sheffield Utd. Perhaps HE should be our first buy? *Edited - thanks for pointing it out.

Thought he was at Sheff U. Quite right - my mistake. But … still a great stat. And as for Nick's comment, too good a stat to be lost in that thread.

He is at Shef utd, Why not use the ex player top thread Because then it would just get lost amongst a load of other stuff. Must admit it really does my head in when people complain about new threads being started. Just what is the problem exactly? Personally I thought the stat about Oliver Norwood was quite interesting but I would never have seen it if it had gone in the ex player thread because I never read it.

Its not hard to just add to it, All in one place. X You are hard work . He's only hard work if you try to engage with what he says. I've found that making the effort to ignore him is effort well spent.

There's another way to look at this. For all how competitive and relentless the Championship is it is definitely a step down from the Premier League.
Norwood had ability on the ball but not the outstanding quality that will take them forward.
Carney at Fulham will once again be a star in the Championship and I rate him better than Norwood.
Look at the defending of teams like our friends up the road, Derby and WBA...not great and theyre top 6. The chance to regroup is there for us if we can take it.

As well has he’s done this season, he has no pace and would never make it in the Premier League

Only morons couldn’t see Norwood’s talent when he was with us Definitely had talent with us but was very lightweight at that time. There were too many games where you didn’t even realise he was playing
