Ref has been terrible, as to be expected in this tournament. Fallen for every US trick. Ellen White has to take the penalty for me. We certainly don’t deserve to go out like this. Yes we do, we've been crap How so? The equaliser that was disallowed by VAR would never have been questioned if it stood.

You saying we’ve been crap make me believe what I said even more. Can't be arsed to go find it but I bet our unforced errors stat doesn't make for pretty reading 'Unforced errors' LOL is this rugby or tennis or something?

Well it was offside so i think it would have been questioned I've no issue with VAR being used for offside. It's black and white. You're either onside or offside. People don't seem to be able to get to grips with the right decision being made when it comes to these tight offside calls

If you're offside you're offside simple as that. Everyone knows that is the case and with time will get used to it

We get told VAR is for definites not opinions .. The BBC looked at it over and over and it was 100% inconclusive imo I honestly don't know how they can say that's a pen. The football authorities should take a good look at this tournament and throw VAR in the bin. Those two decisions are absolutely terrible The handball decisions have been just as bad throughout

simply don't understand englands tactics tonight. in an open game we would get beat so we pick an open formation and basically play right into their hands. I'd have liked to see some hard as nails rough stuff, with a bit of mud wrestling thrown in...

All about opinions as ever, but I thought the ref was excellent.
For me we were carrying too many passengers - players that weren't good enough (the left side of our defence, 2 of our midfield) and one or two that flattered to deceive - Parris reminded me so much of VLP - exciting for 30 minutes 4 matches ago and then absolutely nothing since then.
Still, having said that,I cared much more about tonight's result than watching our millionaire men in their internationals.

Simple They didnt even freeze frame at the point of the pass and zoom in Absolute shocking decision

You are correct offside is black and white with VAR which i think is a shame. Especially when it is so miniscule. I expect front men trying to break the offside trap or playing on the last man etc to dissapear if your toe can be offside.

Yes you've watched a prerecorded program that anyone can watch at any time as opposed to watching something unfold live. What is the point of your post?

Ah well, gutted for the girls but “we go again”.
Proper enjoyed watching them over the past 3/4 weeks.
They’ve done themselves and the country proud.
Women’s football is on the up and there’s nothing the naysayers can do about it. That game tonight was 10x more entertaining than the Champions league final!!

People are 3 dimensional. You can’t had a 1 dimensional line to make a decision. Simple They didnt even freeze frame at the point of the pass and zoom in Absolute shocking decision The VAR operators are seeing far more angles than we get to see There is no definitive angle. Angles skew the picture That’s simple maths. They would need a camera travelling with the last player at all times Also if the operator is seeing stuff then it needs sharing with the audience. The big clubs will get double the amount of decision than they already get

But linesmen have been flagging strikers offside when they've been onside for the last 40 years and people just accepted it. I don't understand why people would prefer to see incorrect calls that definitely don't even themselves out over a season than a system which can accurately determine offside in a few seconds

You do realise that as the women's game improves it will become less entertaining because they will actually learn how to defend
