? Quite a few senior players have gone on record saying as much. Others have said so seemingly off the record. For one reason or another, there’s a proportion of the senior squad that don’t see eye to eye with him. I think that’s fair, no? Where was this? |

This is hardly breaking DATM news. I appreciate there is a degree of speculation.

To be serious, most likely one of those things that in part is accurate (IE - a few senior players not happy, not quite a few), and then gets taken out of context and a web of tales spun to keep the keyboards warm. But, I am very far from the ITK ranks. |

I appreciate there is a degree of speculation. Whilst they may be labelled disgraces (As far as I’m aware, DH didn’t actually name names so that my be speculation in itself) it doesn’t mean that a proportion of the squad may not necessarily agree / see eye to eye with JS. |

Things don't seem right down there at the moment. Changes made to the training ground plans, all quiet about the takeover, assistant coach whom we paid a 'significant' fee for a few months ago, allegations of numerous players not happy, alcknof significant ins and out (still early I admit)
Siewart on his way? If takeover goes ahead he wants new management team? Hence the delay?

I’m not panicking at the loss of Winkler and will wait for what may be a routine explanation (I’m guessing there will be one). But all in all, some things aren’t quite as steady as we would have hoped at this stage (from our perspective anyway). Maybe the majority are a little jittery at the moment. And maybe that’s because DH has done such a fucking good job over the last 10 years that we’ve been spoilt. I think we have to respect we’re in transition unfortunately and this is the nature of the beast. It could be a lot worse! |

Now there seems to have been a disagreement somewhere for him to leave, the question is where and with who? |

I’ve taken nothing out of context. I’ve not had a paddy. I can justify the truths and have noted what is speculation. I’m only discussing what has been discussed before and, before we get clarity, discussing the maybes and why’s. I personally haven’t noticed the man since day dot anyway. I just think it’s a strange turn of events amongst others. That’s all. Do you not think this and other things I alluded to point to somethings not being quite right? *i’m not picking a fight, just a genuine question. |

If he'd been from the previous regime you could understand him wanting to maybe move on, but we paid compo to Barnsley (I think) to bring him him in just 5 months ago. Now there seems to have been a disagreement somewhere for him to leave, the question is where and with who? Calm. Down! You can’t pose such measured questions without throwing your toys out of the pram, can you!? This is DATM. It is not a place for discussing events. 😉 As others have said, it could be illness / family ties etc. If so, then all the best. But if it isn’t, then there’s a breakdown somewhere. Especially having paid compensation etc to make this work. |
