That's come out of the blue. He only joined in about March (correct me if I'm wrong).

He didn't come back for pre season, so this had been coming for a while. The club expecting to announce his replacement 'very shortly' shows they knew this too. Maybe he preferred working with Stendel and is off back to Barnsley. Doubt it's anything too disastrous. Hudson stepping up would be good for everyone IMO

Well that is a strange turn of events.
I do now admit to feeling slightly concerned that the ship may not be as steady as we are led to believe. I am not concerned with transfers at this stage (who is leaving, not signing two this week etc), but as more time passes, I am concerned that PHs deal (which is seemingly straight forward) hasn’t been ratified, that we haven’t had comment from either of DH or PH and that rumours persist about Siewerts approach / reputation.
My money would be on Hudson as Winklers replacement. He is, at least, well liked by the players. Unlike Siewert. So maybe that wouldn’t be a bad move.

Don't forget half the people thought Schindler was off because their was a picture of him on a train.

Obviously JS and AW didn't see eye to eye. So whose idea was it to bring AW in, in the first place?
I thought that they had good history - it doesn't seem so!

I won’t be a drama queen - so let’s just say this is unusual
I’ll predict Hudson is Manager by 15 September - Jan’s on a hiding to nothing here

Those of us who suspect Siewart has an attitude problem may be wrong. But we may be right too!

Quite a few senior players have gone on record saying as much. Others have said so seemingly off the record. For one reason or another, there’s a proportion of the senior squad that don’t see eye to eye with him. I think that’s fair, no?
