Probably like many Town season card holders we have moved seats for the new season. Has anyone received new cards yet as the club told me some time ago they would be posted early July.?

Seems to be a load of wasted paper and bits of plastic as usual before getting to the card inside the inner envelope.
Is there anyway that opting out of receiving fixture lists / season card wallets etc etc could be brought up as a thing at an ATT meeting?
They’re zero value as an advertising medium since I’ve binned them without even looking.

some folk on here find time to moan at absolutely anything You don’t think reducing use of pointless packaging is a worthy thing? Obviously this isn’t as bad as the utterly wasteful “plastic bags on seats” displays, but it should be investigated ahead of next season when we’re shipping out 18000 Premier League branded season ticket cards. The fixture lists always amaze me as to the utter pointlessness of printing fixtures when every game has a chance of moving....are they already inaccurate with the opening TV fixtures? (No idea, as binned as I said)

You dont like what the club are sending you, put it in your recycling bin, dont moan about it being ungrateful, some people like the little things

The production of clappers is destroying rainforests and should be banned immediately.

I was down at the ground a short while ago picking up tickets for the Doncaster friendly and a person at the next window asked when the new cards would be sent out. The answer was this week.

Mine was £50 ?! But yes, I would have done, I’ve not bought anything from the club shop in the last ten years so it would be a waste of paper.

I have contacted the club and complained that my season cards are not with me. The fact I am in Sardinia is immaterial because I have fuck all else to moan about in regards to the club and life in general at this time. Here's hoping they do something to really have a whine about before close of business today.
Yours

Yrs ago working at Thurrock we were stopping at the Kings caravan/holiday park at Canvey Island (off season and they let statics/chalets to hairy arsed building contractors at £105 p/w per van, 3 blokes sharing). When you paid your digs money up front on the Mon night they issued three beer tokens per van/chalet, so one each. A lad who was sharing with 2 Jocks used to buy their beer vouchers off them for 50p each (because they were tight & surprisingly for Jocks didnae drink), essentially meaning he got a weeks digs and 3 free beers for £36. So I reckon you'd get someone taking that voucher off your hands for a tenner at least...

So to add to the amount of time it takes people to sort out and post the tickets they have to check each one against a list manually to make sure the few people who “opted out” don’t get theirs? I repeat... OH MY GOD!!!

The opted out queue workers would finish quickest as their job would be much easier, so they could help out the “Send me a load of paper” queue once they’d finished. Why is this discounted so readily...don’t people care about waste? I’d suggest it should actually be an opt in not an opt out.

I think I just had enough of you banging on about the Paddy Power kit definitely being the real kit the other day to consider any point you have as not being tedious. Sorry about that!

Interestingly, apparently my instructions for folding paper to measure sash area were apparently used as a training exercise for packing season cards and hence they are being distributed in record time.
