Why we wasting money on seats, thought we were behind the safe standing campaign? I thought Hodgkinson said somewhere we don’t have a public position because we don’t own or control a stadium or something? Why wouldn’t you have seats if we did support safe standing anyway? We have safe standing today and we have seats and it works perfectly fine...any move towards rail seats or that other crash barrier thing that has surfaced would be a huge backwards step compared to what we already have. |

If as has been forecast the intention is to increase attendances, then not everybody will get 'a nice bar to lean on'. |

I've finally found one advantage of being short - I don't get the plastic in my shins! (At least not at home games where we have more leg room than seemingly anywhere else.) |

Have you seen rail seating or the new “bar and flat fold” seating...it’s horrible. The current situation we have is much more open, natural and free, and is safe, could only really be bettered by totally removing seats and going back to occasional barriers every few rows like how we used to have. If you’ve got sore shins, then maybe shuffle back a few centimetres? |
