Hughton would sort the team out, lot of experience, results matter. The current clown doesnt understand about winning.

Jokanovic. Should have been top of the list from the off. Yep. Would only be a matter of time before we’re bored of Hughton’s brand of football. Effective, but boring...which is maybe what we need at the moment. Still rather Jokanovic

Jokanovic. Should have been top of the list from the off. The same Jokanovic currently earning squillions in Qatar? Not happening. And due to his contract with Fulham, it wasn't happening when Wagner left either: he couldn't join another English club for a specified period of time. I believe a year was reported, and that would be in line with the legal situation. Hughton is one of a couple who would do what we need. Quite frankly, to complain about dull football right now is a bit off the wall. We're losing most weeks and playing dreadful football. We can't score from open play to save our lives. Beggars can't be choosers, and I'd take some dull football if we could get some results over the next 10 months. We have to get back to basics and have some winning football. We also have to have a united dressing room. Again, it's clear that the problem may just be Siewert. He does seem to alienate senior players an awful lot. Van la Parra is out of favour (and his social media post is out of line) but Siewert's record does suggest he's rubbing up senior players the wrong way. If you can't manage a dressing room, it's curtains.

I dont know why anyone would expect Hughton to come here. Was successful at Brighton but would laugh at our budget.

Looking at the Wednesday list: Alex Neil, Rowett, Puel (might be pricey/ambitious) or Cowley could do a better job in their sleep.
Not bothered if it was someone from Germany again, as long as they had some kind of pedigree. What we can’t afford to do is skimp on it, should be the highest paid person (as Wagner must have been) at the club again.

You lot are daft he is clueless give Jan a chance but don't ask for another failed manager. Failed? Really? If you'd said you didn't want him because he's a bit dour I could understand it but if his record (particularly at this level) equates to failure then I have to wonder what would constitute success.

Jos Lukuhay had a fantastic record prior to joining Sheffield Wednesday.

But doesn't he have a reputation for playing long-ball football? He’s got promotions coming out of his arse. I doubt it’s too easy to get out of non-league without giving it some air. I’m sure he’s probably adapting his style at the moment. Rowett was solid at Birmingham and Derby, Stoke didn’t go well mind.
