RVLP - as a footballer I like him a lot. At his best he was an absolute delight to watch. His character? Less so.
Wagner shipped him out. He came back after a failed loan at Middlesbrough with all this "HTFC is where I belong" shit, then within weeks he's undermining the club on social media. One of a few toxic individuals at the club. Yeah, the timing is odd but I'm glad he's gone.
Oh, and all this crap about not having time to replace him - he's a winger. We've got an absolute fuck load of wingers at this club. We need to trim the fat & his position is one where we have an absolute surfeit of options.

Fulham have loaned or sold Sessegnon, Seri, Anguissa, Babel & released loads of others from last season. How is that keeping all their players? Sessegnon is another level, wasn't Babel out of contract? I agree about Sessegnon but he hardly pulled up any trees in the premier league last season, which is why he was sold for £25m instead of the £40/50m quoted the season before when he scored 16 & assisted 8 from the wing. We managed to get £15m for Billing who had 10 good games last season before downing tools. Mooy is too good for the championship & the only other player I was sorry to see leave was Löwe but he wanted to go back home. The rest are mainly deadwood that needed clearing imo.

So you see a problem with VLP on Instagram but you fail to mention the behaviour of our chairman and the statements he seems to think are ok when digging out players. Do you not believe that the rest of the squad see these quotes about their teammates and I will remove team from that........their mates. What sort of atmosphere is this man, sorry, child trying to create within our club. Fucking tinpot Where i work, we've had folk come in, act and talk about nobody but themselves, how great they are, offer no advice or thought for fellow colleagues. The spotlight is on them. Always playing up to clients, making out they are this and that. They all talk, hot air. Much like VLP plays and does his social media crap. These people are a negative influence in my office. They are fucking hated. Don't help team morale, or offer guidance or willing to get down too it when the going gets tough and do the hardwork. VLP might be the best winger we have on paper but if he isnt willing to apply himself then he can go. He was pathetic in that first half today. We need to clear the decks of bad influences for the new lads, younger boya coming through. Do you think VLP is a good role model for young footballers? Fell out with Wolves, fell out with Wagner, Pulis didnt fancy him, Fell out with Jan and now he's played the fans off with Club and weirdly the fans seem to have taken Rajiiv side over HTFC. With all due respect colne, your office isn't in the public spotlight. Phil can and will behave how he likes within the walls of Pure Legal, but going all David Brent in full view is bad form tbh.

1. Show me anyone interested in them 2. Aside from not replacing Loewe rightly so given our staffs ability to pick a player over the last 2-3 years and the uncertainty over the manager. But maybe spanking £25m in a hurry would have been a better idea for those with short memories so we could bring in the next generation of Diakhabys and Mbenzas. 3. Not overly happy about this either but maybe if 2-3 clubs had actually expressed an interest in buying him we wouldn’t have been forced into this action. We didn't have to spend 25m. We just had to spend more than 800k when we let 2 of our most talented players leave. Instead we replaced them with a kid from league 2 who can't even make the bench and a kid on loan who's a defensive mid. We did! Everyone forgets the roughly £8m we spent this summer making Mbenza permanent. Perhaps it is such a infeasibly bad deal everyone has just wiped it from their memory? We'll get to see more of his 'talents' now VLP has gone too, so thats a bonus! I can understand VLP wanting to go. In fact I could understand any of players wanting out. We're like a sinking ship. Hogg must be wondering what he was thinking of signing a new 3 year deal.

Away from this, we still ain't a clue about the finances, and it may even be PH has had his hands completely tied by DH with how quick he wants his money and an NDA, so he can't say bugger all about it. PH is then potentially getting shit loads of abuse, when he's actually been thrown a hospital pass, and totally cheesed off himself! PS - I am not saying that is even likely the case, just most of us ain't a clue. I haven't any insideknowledge either HC..... ......but the longer the time that passes by without anything coming from the chairman that makes any sense, the more the explanation that you highlight seems to become more credible. In which case, the vitriol would proved to have been aimed at Phil unfairly. We're 100% right to ask questions though, whilst what is going on is totally baffling.

No problem with folk leaving even if if was for a fraction of their value. What i expected was for them to be replaced with players better than Bockhorn

Literally could not have gone any worse!!! We could have clawed in 100 million if that was the sole aim. What a fuck up, even Depoitre could have been sold for a couple of million. Zanka 6 million, Billing 20m, Lowe 2m?, Mooy 20m?
We’ve spunked millions

That’d be the Mooy that’s played a total of 5 minutes from the bench in the PL so far this season? He might’ as well have stayed in the Championship at this rate.

How many of our last 50 matches has Van La Parra started? Irrelevant. 50 games ago we had a strong squad. we have a piss-weak one and anyone saying vlp doesnt somewhat improve that squad is deluded. he was good enough to play 40 odd games in a promotion winning squad

I don’t buy this he was desperate to leave bollcoks, I’d be desperate to leave too if I’d been told my employer didn’t want me around any more. Since Siewert arrived the club has been shouting as loud as it could that a major clear out was needed, it would take three windows etc etc, basically making it crystal clear to the players that it wanted to get rid of most of them. Then they wonder why morale is low, struck me as a stupid and unusual thing to publicly say at the time and so it has proven to be. could it be new budgets were drawn up and it became crystal clear a large proportion of the high earners would need to be shipped out. Hence the clear out, 3 window transition and ludicrous experiment with the kids team coach from Germany and a load of kids from the lower divisions. Seems to me the club is actively trying to get rid of most of the big earners and hiding behind the desperate to leave, bad apple line. Funny how the team spirit went from being one of the best to one of the worst in about January when that joke of a manager arrived and the takeover was being sorted. still at least dean protected us from those horrible American billionaires.
