I’m not sure. 50 minutes to drive from Wycombe to John Smiths stadium seems optimistic. And that’s before you consider a brisk farewell to the Lincoln players and stop off at Costa services for coffee and a wee. |

That guy on Lincoln forum was just winding them up. He also said betting had been suspended. They’re getting a bit twitchy on their forum again. If that rumour is true, it struck me as an odd time to announce Harris given that he has no game to contend with today. It feels like the kind of timeslot where somebody has to get their own match out of the way before any kind of announcement can be made without the announcement being a distraction perhaps ? |

Some pro gambler on Twitter with a 2k plus following says he has put a large bet on next Town manager after some intel. Hence the Cowley price coming right down. Holding on to the hope that it's not Neil Harris. What’s his username? |

who ever it is the bottom line is we need results. styles are not important points are.if people cannot see that they shoudnt go near football. goodlook to whoever we may get and lets get behind them. the old saying if at first you don't succeed try again is important! Yeah, because I want to watch entertaining football most of the time I should chuck my season ticket in the bin! I agree that in the short-term whoever gets the job may have to compromise style to get the results to get us up the table, but in the long-term I really don't want to be watching crap football. The mention of names like Harris sends a shudder through my body! Even some of the Millwall fans can't stand his hoofball, and they are hardly known as football purists! |

For anyone saying they couldn’t managed ‘big personalities’ this is a good watch.
Would love for them to stay at Lincoln but wouldn’t have a bad word to say about them if they decided to leave. Up the Imps. Up the Terriers.

Born in Lincoln myself and I’m a fellow yellow belly - but moved over to Yorkshire at the young age of 2. Could have been an imp fan, if my mum didn’t wear the pants in the relationship and have my dad come over to live near her family not the other way around. Always looked out for Lincoln’s results and had a very good last few years - whatever is the outcome of the managerial position - good luck for the season. Up the Impy Terriers |

So what you're saying is spending money on managers or players is not spending money on the club? EDIT: A reminder of what you said. Cowley is another gamble we can no longer afford and it could well mess us up financially I wasn’t referring to asset stripping at that point of the conversation, I was referring to them being possibly the wrong choice, and spending a lot of money on the wrong choice including compensation to Lincoln, and all of that compounding our situation, and going into a downward spiral possibly...asset stripping included. Anyway it’s mostly academic until we see who is chosen and what happens over the next two transfer windows, and obviously results. At that point of the conversation my mention of asset stripping wasn't aimed at you specifically, i have no idea whether you've accused PH of that, it was aimed at those that have accused him. Agreed time will tell. |

Would he not be hoping to come? Not sure there would be a role for him at town... We're not gonna tear up the entire coaching team are we? If it is the cowleys I imagine it will be completely restructured and probably spell the end of the transfer committee |
