Thought this year would be hard but I cant believe how fast we have fallen. To be honest I could take or leave the premier but to be struggling in the championship with all that money we have wasted is hard to take.

No idea. I would assume the head of football ops and possibly the chairman/chief exec. Who appoints them? The chairman appoints himself. Kinda his perogative after buying the club.

Haha. Blaming Anne Hough. Ive seen it all now She's been here far too long mate. She's the one who when players want their signing on fees she goes and hides in the Town shop up town because she hasn't a Scrooby where to find the money!

Got to start with two up top, especially home games ffs.. Assuming we went 2 up top today, how many shots did we have after doing so? I can't remember hearing of many. Just putting a striker there doesn't guarantee attacks. It's the whole shape of the team behind.

POSSESSION FOOTBALL MEANS FUCK ALL IF YOU CANT SCORE 😡 Time to abandon the one up front bollocks which has resulted in a poor goal scoring record for the last three years (including the promotion season).

4-4-Fucking 2
Back to basics, fuck this one up top. We haven’t the clout to do it. Get two strikers on, Grant and Campbell and away we go.

The chairman appoints himself. Kinda his perogative after buying the club. Well yes. I was more asking about the DoF et al. And it's a genuine question. If all Sean's job is selling shit shirts and boxes to watch crap, then indeed he is a genius. If Anne's job is to organise multi million pound wastes of money and make sure they are registered to be shit week in week out then she is a star. Who is at fault? Dean? Do the board vote over anything football related that means they are in a way part of it all? I genuinely don't know.

We all agree our wingers are gash. Time to try a 4 3 1 2, Pritch behind Grant and Campbell/Mounie. Jaden Brown and Flo pushing up, Hoggy or Stanks in the half back role. Got to be worth a try surely?

Haha. Blaming Anne Hough. Ive seen it all now To be fair, I'm not. I'm asking what the board actually do? Sack the board and all that. What the chuff does that mean? Do they all vote and say yeah, that Siewert chappy looks good? That DoF is a right winner, go get him. Vote. Okay. I'm far from blaming Anne bloody Hough, who has always been spot on with me. A flippant way of asking a question if you will.

It may be if Mounie i here. Phil is gonna sell him to the highest bidder before the European window shuts. Wouldn’t blame Kongolo for going either and if he does, then League 1 is confirmed

Surely this new chairman now knows he has to offer a significant wage to get a Hughton type manager who knows this league. We are truly sinking.

It's nothing to do with Jarvis or Hough. They're both very good at their jobs. Who appoints the scouts? The coaches? The managers? Genuine question. The board? I can say without fear of contradiction the scouts (and I don’t just mean the ones that stand at kids galas ) were reduced from 35 to 6 when the academy shut

Ffs does anyone seriously think Hughton will come here now,not a chance in hell. The chairman has shown his cards by spending jack shit. All the hard work put in by wagner & hoyle is well and truly down the shit pot.

That’s a decent interview from MH. Clearly the players are not for enough. By a long chalk.

He already said getting a cheque book manager is out of the question. To me that means only people who are willing to work without funds will be considered. I want to give PH the benefit of the doubt but right now I’m struggling. So much is wrong but there does not seem to be any appetite to fix it, especially if it means spending any money. If we don’t get a good manager in and give him some funds in January we will be screwed. There are gaps that need to be plugged before next summer.

Didn’t see much wrong with the team selection or performance apart from the obvious lack of goal threat. What cost us the game was some ridiculous substitutions.

What on earth are you talking about? The club is run like Faulty Towers mate, I've had family members work at Town and the fucking day to day running of this club takes the biscuit and it shows on the grass too

What cost us the game was some ridiculous substitutions. 0-0 was only ever going to be the best we were going to get. So static. Clueless. We've nobody on the bench to solve that or seemingly on the coaching team. The subs might have cost us a draw, but that starting line up will cost us our Championship place, unless some bugger can show them how to move and create something.

That’s a decent interview from MH. Clearly the players are not for enough. By a long chalk. He's talking like it was blatantly obvious that what we were doing in pre seaosn wasn't going to make us fit enough Well why did he go along for the ride and not say anything. It's a bit late in the day now to be slagging off the pre season methods

4-4-2 wont work if you dont have more players in the opposition box. Its the same old story again and again and why we dont score. Yes we dont take chances, but we dont have anyone in the box when we have a cross on or a break on. I still have never got this negative Hogg role we have. What does it add. Surely its only use is when you go to a very good team away from home to try and stop an onslaught,or if you go down to 10 men. Its just another man in a defensive position when we are desperate for more players in an advanced position. If having Hogg in that position kept the opposition out, then I could see some benefits, but we still concede goal after goal anyway. Its just such a waste of a position. We desperately need to try something a bit different and more positive. Keep the pressing which worked well today especially first half, but push Hogg into a proper midfield role, and let supposedly two of the better Championship centre backs, do their work.

Apart from Pritchard, we have no creative midfielder. Hogg and Chalobah are great, but they create nothing. Our build up is so slow. Once again, we have a center forward marking 2 center backs. It’s Wagner ball all over again.
