Can anyone recommend any decent places to drink pre game?
Fancy us to take a point off them tomorrow 1-1

It's not so simple though, because he isn't that good at holding it up. He's not terrible in that respect, but it certainly ain't a strength atm. He clearly needs a role where he gets plenty of opportunity to get into the box, but we're potentially going to have problems if he is the spearhead. Let's see what the Cowley's try to implement. Hopefully they can workout something that gets the most out of him. I think it gets overexaggerated. He certainly holds it up better than Mounie, who can't trap a bag of cement right now. His initial success was exaggerated and by the same sort of folk that then turn on players and exaggerate the other way. No balance. I don't agree on the comparison with Mounie mind. If you want to talk about exaggerated negativity, I don't think there's a better example in all my time of watching Town. PS - not saying Mounie is better than Grant.

Mounie's hold up play has been pretty poor for some time. He invariably gives it away when trying to bring anyone else into play with his feet. Obviously he's still good in the air.

Can anyone recommend any decent places to drink pre game? Fancy us to take a point off them tomorrow 1-1 Birmingham isn’t far off but that’s only ok for a 3pm or later kick off. They have a fan park right next to the ground which is ok for beer but think it’s going to piss it down tomorrow so it’ll be busy in the bar.

Anyone daft enough to go? Imagine it will be a very poor turn out. Only going because it's an hour and half away

I've decided not to go but to do a 12.5 hour shift on my day off instead, yikes and I don't really need to just rather do that than go to footy.

I feel like we need to find a way of paying without wingers. Tired of playing with 9 men. I think we may see the likes of O'Brien, Bacuna, Chalobah playing as a three in front of Hogg with Pritch at 10 and either Grant or Campbell up top. 4-1-3-1-1 For all Flo's failings as a defender (and that's been acknowledged by the Cowleys this week), it does him no favours at all with the likes of Diakhaby having the responsibility of tracking back to help out.

Bottom da league ! Come on boys ! The last time I saw us win away was in the midlands against a team beginning with W. So same again,a surprising but not impossible 2-0 away win to the boys in blue and white. The only way is up !

I bet it's closed down now.

Not been spanked yet, I fear that may end tomorrow as we face a good team.
Also excited to see what Cowley has been able to do.

Anyone going should bear in mind that Tom Watson is the local MP so comments such as "West Brom have momentum" should probably be avoided!

Sent from my SM-G920F using proboards I have a feeling things are going to get worse before they get better, as we transition and some struggle to adapt and some have even more ruffled feathers.

Depends if the players can be arsed to battle and fight for 90 mins. They seem to have forgotten about winning a long time ago. Therefore, I'm hedging my bets and going 1-1.
