If that goal fires Mounie's confidence up...it could be like having a new player. Fingers crossed that could be the first of many (unless he's one of the ones heading out the door in jan) I really hope he’s heading out the door. He finally scored a goal - wow what a player! DC will get in a better target man from L1 if we can get him out.

We were dropping like flies in the first half, the physio team must’ve been on the pitch 6 times before half time. Was a bit like that the last home match to be honest.
I’ve no issue with us doing it at the moment because we’re so short of quality and numbers, but I don’t want that to be standard practice.
As others have said, a bit rich Forest complaining about our shithousery when they were kicking lumps out of us. Watson was very lucky to get away with only a yellow for absolutely hoofing Hogg. Also the guy that flattered him into the hoardings, how was that not a yellow?

I dont think the Forest fans are keen on the Cowleys . Quote from their forum Huddersfield are going to be come one of the most hated teams in the division before long with these two goons in charge" As long as Notts Forest sing the "Sign On" song we'll be behind them in any hated poll. C***s. ....& it's f*****g "Notts Forest" because those c***s hate it and further they're not even FROM Nottingham but West Bridgeford.

How he didn't get booked simply beggars belief!

For all the stick that Flo has copped for on here, I’ve thought the last few games being back in the team and even playing out of his natural position, he’s rolled his sleeves up, got stuck in and played really positively. Thought he had another good game today against some pretty quick opposition players.
He’s looked for ages like he’s one of those being shown the door, but if he is, he’s not downed tools like some of the cba prima donnas we have in our squad! Ithink he’s a solid squad player and still has a job he can do for us, particularly with Cowley management; I for one would be sorry to see him go if I’m honest, but I’m probably in the minority.

Their number 3, Figueiredo, should have got a second yellow for a cynical foul near the end. He threw his hands up in the air because he knew what he had done and thought he was off but the ref didn't even speak to him. It was a battle but the Forest players instigated it for me. Mostly big lads and tried to bully. Good luck with that against a Cowley side. They were very quick and dangerous down the flanks, more so on their right, Lolley really looks a talent now, but they found their match today. We hit them as hard as they hit us, which was good to see, although I would have preferred more football and less kicking the opponents. Lamouchi having a go at Danny Cowley going down the tunnel at half time shows how rattled he was. Welcome to Huddersfield!

Considering our lack of fit players.. Unbalanced squad.. The shitbags who are no longer available for selection.. I think the cowleys are performing miracles.. The true measure of a managers ability is to make his team overperform on a regular basis.. We are now winning games by sheer will and shithousery.. A knack that was sadly lacking in our premier lg years.. Give these boys a chance to shape their own team via the transfer market.. We Will be contenders next season.. 👍

Care to elaborate for those who weren't there. Wonder if the whole club are being taught by the Cowleys and we will hear about cold water in the away showers and unflushable poos left by the tea lady in the opposition changing rooms. Offering the ball and then dropping it behind them for their throw ins. Either giving the ball quick or slow at the behest of the Town players. Best match since relegation for me. Ameobi wanted the ball as it went for a throw in, the ball boy just looked at him. Ameobi was pissed off and went to collect the ball himself, the nipper then kicked it past him. Wasn’t the most sporting behaviour but it was fking funny. Ameobi wanted to smack him, kid was about ten year old

He plays for the full 90 minutes plus. DC brought Brown on near the end and Flo moved inside to try and slow them down through the centre. He just keeps running. I thought we could have done better down both flanks from an attacking viewpoint but you can't fault Flo's commitment to the cause.

Cynical?? Look in the dictionary it will say: See Notts Forest.. The time wasting was right but as we were winning it was our turn? Had we scored with 3 very good opportunities in open play it might have blown the set piece 'theory ' out of the window, although checking our previous goals they might have found the truth re set pieces to be bollox..? Nottingham. Notts is good enough..fuck em..

I know that he's been injured and is clearly working his way back, but - with hindsight - it was a bad move to bring Brown on and move Hadergjonaj I to midfield. Lolley and their #11 had Brown on toast every single time they attacked. In fact, I don't think that Brown even got hear the ball, although I could be wrong. He'll be fine, but today's brief cameo was very difficult for him.

I think playing left back suits him as he really has to concentrate on what he is doing, which means he isn’t caught out of position as much.

But sometimes their defensive substitutions just dont work-we were worse with Jayden in as extra cover down the left with Flo racking more inside It seemed to create more space for a very impressive Lolley- but a great win .

Many out...many being played out of position, I'll take a win however it comes.
Fuck Forest, been shite for years now and Cowley is living in their fans heads rent free.
Really think we'll be right up there next season!

I always find in situations like yours rather than rubbing their noses in it, not mentioning it at all but just have a slight grin works best, let them pour all the bile and hatred out.

Bacuna was tiring and I don't think it was any worse down that flank when Jaden came on and moving Flo to the centre just widened our cover. We were lucky to see that one out. Grabara made some top draw saves and, I thought, commanded his box quite well against a physical side, they put a man on him for all the set pieces, just needs to sort his kicking out.

There will be players leaving who will go out the front door with most fans best wishes - flo and mounie have kept professional and the fans recognise that Then there’s the big time Charlie’s who decided that they were too good to play for Huddersfield (didn’t mind taking our money though) and when those muppets skulk out of the club everyone will just say good riddance I know which group I’d rather be in
