Six big points away from the relegation places. The Cowleys are doing one hell of a great job. Dare we even think of challenging for a play off place?

And... I'm out for a Christmas Eve meal with two Forest fans. Time to rub it in, methinks... I always find in situations like yours rather than rubbing their noses in it, not mentioning it at all but just have a slight grin works best, let them pour all the bile and hatred out. My lad maintained social media silence until his mate finally commented to say that - fair play, we wanted it more, but then spent 20 minutes or so ranting about time wasting, diving, fighting. I think he's a bit bitter! I'm disappointed that we've broken up for the Christmas holidays - I could have had some fun on Monday morning.

As long as Notts Forest sing the "Sign On" song we'll be behind them in any hated poll. C***s. ....& it's f*****g "Notts Forest" because those c***s hate it and further they're not even FROM Nottingham but West Bridgeford. That song baffles me to be honest, why sing it to us ? They're from an area of the country that has no cultural identity. To Cockneys they'll say they're northerners, to northerners they'll say we are just south of Sheffield. They are nothing. The only thing the areas known for are being scabs so they try and create some sort of animosity to any of the yorkshire clubs because of the amount of grief theyve always had throughout the years off true northern clubs.

Great performance - thought Hogg in particular was outstanding. Full credit to Flo and Stankovic - both since coming into the team have been solid. Very pleased for Grabara following last week too, and good on Steve getting his goal it’s been a long time coming. Forest were a nasty team. Lolley the only standout for them but thankfully the RB behind him was woeful. That Ben Watson scuffle at the end was comical - awful player with an awful attitude. Loved the Cowleys giving their backroom staff shit, which they deserved. Merry Christmas Town fans Matty Cash - woeful? Lad is a baller especially when you consider he is actually a midfielder. Looked a decent side did Forest. Cynical, aggressive and with some good ballplayers. Made the win even sweeter. We may become a reet side whe. The Cowleys can get a squad of like-minded players!!

I take it that despite being upset with how his mob got on today your other half would be especially pleased for you today ? On that theme as I was walking along Leeds Road today I noticed a car pass me that had a Y.A.Ambulance, an HTFC and a NFFC sticker in the back window, bet that was an interesting drive home.

Offering the ball and then dropping it behind them for their throw ins. Either giving the ball quick or slow at the behest of the Town players. Best match since relegation for me. Ameobi wanted the ball as it went for a throw in, the ball boy just looked at him. Ameobi was pissed off and went to collect the ball himself, the nipper then kicked it past him. Wasn’t the most sporting behaviour but it was fking funny. Ameobi wanted to smack him, kid was about ten year old It wasn't actually Ameobi, it was Semedo, it happened right in front of me in the Kilner, he'd gone off by then. The ball boy was revelling in his celebrity status.

Just one question... how come when we are leading by one we are always the last result in Britain to come through?? I’ve also noticed this. It happened v Barnsley (1701), Brentford (1702) and today (1702). Takes years off my life. In this case it was because of 4 and 6 added minutes.

Righty ho, I’ve mentioned this before, but what the hell. A couple of seasons ago I saw Lincoln at Crawley and at half time there was a tussle in the tunnel between (I think) the Crawley manager and Nicky Cowley. Lincoln played some great stuff but they WERE cynical at times in that game. Then at Wycombe in the Cowleys last game for Lincoln I watched the brothers double act with the fourth official and the Wycombe bench. It was clearly intentional.
For too long Town have been a soft touch on and off the pitch, so I’m more than happy to see Town give it back. The Cowleys are winners, and they will do what they can to get a perceived advantage.
From what I saw of the fracas as half time Danny Cowley didn’t do anything wrong, it was Hudson and Dawson with the handbags. The Forest manager was being a pest to DC who couldn’t get rid of him. That’s how it looked to me, anyhow.
We can expect more of the same. I hope Town becomes horrible to play against. But we can eventually expect some good football too.

I think Nicky probably started it with a few words and pushing past one of the forest guys. Hudson seemed to be the 1 holding back the forest guy after to me.

I didn’t see Nicky Cowley in the fracas, to be honest. At Wycombe it was actually Nicky who was by far the more vocal, whilst Danny was mainly needling the fourth official (didn’t work - Lincoln lost 1-3).

I missed that but saw him acting like a dick when Hogg got poised over the advertising hoarding.

2 goals from corners - who are this team and what have they done with the Town I know? The chance of scoring from a corner is 2%. Work that one out, or are they independent events? That's directly...not 4 bobbles.

The pub, derrrrr, Nick, when you're not being a dick I genuinely don't have a problem with you but you've to have some brassneck to "derrr" at someone that can't make head nor tails when you're being a dick - do yourself and more importantly the rest of us on here favour and stop.

Proper passion there, mate. Love it. People from Nottingham mocking Yorkshire people for not working, Huddersfield people referencing the miner's strike. = Move on. It's not cool and never was.
