I can see us being drawn away at somewhere like Potters Bar Town or Truro City and be live on the BBC.

A local derby at the Shay would be good, i haven't been there since the days of The West Riding Cup and massive punch ups. Ah yes, the good old days!!.

Oldham would be a good one for me or just up the road at Rochdale, either of them would be very tricky. It's strange but Oldham now get bigger crowds than when they were in the football league.

I'd love it if Farsley could get past Kettering then we get an away draw at The Citadel. Only a 10 minute walk away from what will soon be my new house.

I did a couple of the Man City v Man Utd in the late 70,s and the only word i could find to describe it was Bedlam. Mosside was a dreaful place to get out of and if the City fans didn't get you the locals did.

What about the other team from that area still in the FAC after winning 5 away on the spin already in the competition. Bury FC need who no introduction to Town fans are the lowest ranked team left in the cup (tier 9) & face another tricky away tie on Saturday at Harborough Town. Like the Latics they too have been getting decent crowds of around 2-3K & took over 1000 fans to the IOM recently for a league game......Easily fill the SS then if we draw them at home?

Even with my very limited knowledge of women's football I know the Bristol City team are far too high up the pyramid to enter at this early stage. Barnsley lasses were a bit of challenge for most fellas back in the day, well Friday nights.....Hopefully another 2-0 win same as the Town lads.

Bit of a bogey team aren't they ? Well we’ve been a Double Bogey for them Tykes of late so let’s Triple Bogey them on Sunday... No matter which HTAFC Women Make The Cut I think this could be an Open match, the fact that Barnsley Women don’t have to travel a Fairway is a Slice of luck for them... Despite the fact that there will a lot of lovely Birdies on the Green, it’s a Yorkshire Derby and passions could be in the Deep Rough catagory And Town might need a good Ball Retriever on the day... I wonder will The Town winner come at The Eighteenth minute it doesn’t have to be a Driver to Net Score as a Tap In will do just fine... After a Sand Wedge at halfway hopefully it refuels The Town Women and it’s progression to the next Round for the Club With all these beautiful looking ladies on show it’s eminently possible that the Male referee could have a Bent Shaft for a bit ! 😅 Tee Hee ! 🏌️♀️⚽️ 😊

Town will be number 24 as the L1 and L2 teams are numbered alphabetically to make up numbers 1 to 48.
The winners from the 4th Qualifying Round then make up numbers 49 to 80. Their numbers are based on the order in which the ties for Q4 were drawn (Oldham v Halifax was tie #3 so the winner of those two will be ball 51).

What's the worst draw possible? Birmingham/reading/charlton away will probably be one of them

He couldn't have known the land was contaminated before they started to relay the pitch They play a home game at guiseley this weekend so that wouldn’t be a bad away trip. Must be costing the chairman a lot to pay for other grounds to be used along with the lost revenue.

He couldn't have known the land was contaminated before they started to relay the pitch Players not being paid, back in a transfer embargo despite being told club finances were fine, in the past week they’ve sacked their media guy for posting the post match interview from Chester on Facebook where the manager highlighted the issues (they refused for it to put on their own socials, sent an email to the volunteer matchday photographer of 10 years telling him his services were no longer required and he would now have to pay to attend games as he posted a picture of the “pitch” online. Former player coming out saying refs aren’t being paid, chairman is involved in team selection. I go watch them every now and again as my mate lives in Pudsey, the fans have a genuine concern the club may not survive the season and the blame is all with 1 man

Now they're playing in Guiseley, I don't think I will. It's a bugger to get to from here, especially if you want a drink.

The non league sides left in the cup after tomorrow will be hoping to get one of the big boys at home like Brum, Town or Bolton. All 3 will sell out at grounds like Farsley, Guiseley or Curzon Ashton who would no doubt settle for a replay in a 20k plus stadium too.
Looking at other N/L teams a number have beaten Town over the years (although no one will be still alive who saw Gainsborough beat us in the league), a few have knocked Town out of the FAC recently, Aldershot in a replay in 70' & Chester away in 73' were both shocks at the time, plus who can forget the Stan Collymore show when Southend dumped us out at Leeds Road in 1993.......Hopefully this year we will be the giant killers & not slayed at Gigg Lane or the Shay.

The first fa cup match I attended and can remember like yesterday was Northwich Victoria v Town in 1980
I remember a large group of Town fans singing songs as we were walking to the ground and it was a great atmosphere
We drew the game 1-1 and the highlight for me was meeting Steve Kindon in the services on the way home and he autographed my program which was great for an 11 year old and I still cherish the memory
Sadly I no longer have the program as its got lost somehow after moves and stuff over the years
Town won the replay at Leeds Road 6-0
