Well you can tell what the BBC thinks of the FA Cup and its importance, in the fixtures page on its sports website, it has Scottish league 1, Scottish League 2, Scottish League Cup, National League North, National League South, Scottish Highland league and finally Scottish lowland league all before we get to the FA Cup fixtures. Honestly. Although it does have the Women's Championship, the Welsh and the Irish leagues below FA Cup.

I know it's lost some of the novelty now but the beeb love a good story and MK vs Wimbledon has that.
Bristol vs WSM must have come under strong consideration too. Can see why Wrexham got picked but it's a bit meh with it not being non league opposition. I would more likely tune into the above two. Ultimately the draw threw up lots of good picks for tv. They are in the same division and have been for 7 out of the last 9 seasons. Think the novelty has worn off a bit now for neutrals. That's what I said, especially so for Sky subscribers but there will always be an interesting backhistory to the game and some needle, therefore, thought terrestrial tv would be all over it.

Pretty decent fullback in her time too, despite playing for the Arse, would have been an improvement on some we've had for sure. But the cockney accent lets her down a bit. Edit: turbo2 beat me to it re the accent lol

MK Dons have already played AFC Wimbledon in this competition before back in 2012, terrestrial likely showed it then. There's nothing interesting or extra that needs covering by terrestrial that hasn't been covered before, therefore no great reason to pick it. It wouldn't generate anything like the interest it did in 2012 when they met for the first time.
Wrexham have obviously been picked mainly because of the Hollywood owners (no great shock in that respect that ITV picked it, even if it is only on ITVX, Harrogate will do well to get 5mins of coverage pre match). A small part of it will be L2 at home to L1, but I can think of a few games I'd have picked ahead of it.

Whatever allocation we get do you think we will sell them, what with it being a friday evening in november and it being on the telly? Maybe they should offer them free so as a sell out for tv cameras.

I'll probably watch it over a beer at home, don't have Sky so don't see us play full games very often now. Wonder how long it will be before the Accrington result is mentioned (but not the awful sending off) in the build up?

One of the most disgraceful red cards in the history of football And I don’t think I’m exaggerating either

The FA Cup has never been regionalised. The League Cup was for a spell. That's where you're wrong, the first 2 rounds used to be regionalised, I'm talking 80's and 90's here. I stand corrected. Apologies!

No probs mate, think it's contributed to the ruination of the competition. Aldershot drew Bradford away, I mean, what is the point of having them schlep all the way up to Bradford? There isn't. Neither Aldershot or Bradford will have welcomed the draw, the Aldershot fans would have rather played Reading or someone as close. I'm sure crowds would be larger if it was regionalised.
