The loan signing of Emile Smith Rowe was a stroke of genius by someone!
He is the best young attacking player I can remember seeing in 60 years plus of watching football.
Touch, pace, vision, bravery and unselfishness is rarely seen in one player
We are very lucky to have him and I look forward to seeing his talented contribution for the rest of the season. ESR superstar - could make a great song!

I see David Webb is tweeting about him almost like he's his protégé...

Whoever got this guy needs a friggin bonus. Assuming it was Cowley brothers. They spent some time shadowing the Arsenal academy i am told.

Will probably need to physically toughen up to have a long time in the prem but the skills and awareness are plain to see.

For gods sake keep it down we need him for the promotion push next year! Would be a hell of a coup, but I can't see it personally. He'll be playing in the PL next season. Probably on loan to a club expected to be at the bottom end, before pushing for a first team berth at his parent club.

You can see what a talent he is and what he will be in the future. That is if he doesn't pick up a bad injury with the abuse he's going to get every game. The lad must have been done 6/7 times in the first half alone and the penalty was just ridiculous.
Frustrates me to hell how we/don't "protect" talented creative players in this country and just allow them to be kicked up and down constantly and make it somehow their fault for needing to "be stronger".

Arsenal won't sell...he's out on work experience until the end of the season ..he's only 19 and valued at £2.7m according to transfermarket..he's also under contract until 2023 with Arsenal.. No chance we'll get him, like Palmer and Izzy Brown, good loanees but not for sale (yet)..
I see Leipzig paid £900k loan fee last year for him, wonder how much we paid...?

Me and another on here spoke about him before he was even rumoured to be coming here and I said 'no way, too good', from just 5 mins of seeing him as a sub for Arsenal. His talent is that blatant.

One direction did some catchy tunes tbh, and both Niall and Harry have put some reasonable stuff out.

The way we are looking after him must bode well for us if they do Could be very wrong but maybe we're looking after him to Arsenal's instructions. Didn't DC say something to the effect that there are things we don't know about when quizzed about team selections. Again, could be wrong.

I listened to the after match interview and got the impression it was towns decision not to overplay him

If we return him a more match savvy player and Arsenal are happy then it at least opens up a discussion between the clubs which might lead to other prospects being loaned to us in future. It's the way football's been moving for a while, Chelsea have had up to 40 out on loan at various levels in the past (Brown and Palmer had their moments with us) if we can cash in on the system then great.
