Next season will be joyous though, when the cold stark reality of the PL hits them, and we're primed to take their place...Can't wait... Them struggling yep...us primed? If someone offered us at 100/1 promotion next season I would not take it. No chance looking at the squad.

Would have to be a big transfer window if we are looking at being anywhere near competing for playoffs next season.

A couple of proven strikers would be a start.

Do whatever but keep active I'm 55 and I've hung around with big drinkers most of my life. A lot have gone already, some look like theyre about to any minute. I changed my lifestyle some time ago and look after myself physically and food wise but still drink way too much and probably always will. I know it's coming to get me but I still can't stop and dont really want to. My whole social life and experiences have revolved around alcoholic piss ups and I've had some great times. I drink every day....never miss. Try to keep it moderate...unless its free Could miss a day but dont want to either. One of lifes greatest pleasures. I am actually waiting for a liver op. Been told my liver is in great condition despite the two tumours....hard to believe the amount I have put away. Daily consumption has never been lower....2 strong pints and two double vodkas....moderate indeed And true to my word....tonight I have had 2 strong pints and two double vodkas....just climbing in to bed. I only drink during the day on business flights or when I go to a match....need a kip after boozing at my age

If someone offered us at 100/1 promotion next season I would not take it. No chance looking at the squad. Despite the season we're having, with a change of manager and owner and the clear out of both our star players and the deadwood, and the input of loanees and a few bargain basement signings...we're just 14 points from the play-off positions.. We had one point from our first 8 games, and have gained 41 points from the subsequent 29 games...even through the period of multiple player changes and some really bad performances...had we averaged over 37 games what we have over 29 games we'd have 52 points...that's 4 points from the play-offs.....
Any sort of decent summer should surely see us being able to do better than the past 29 games and avoid a disasterous start to the season like we've had... You can look at some really poor results we've had , due to really bad performances where we've lost games we should have won..there's at least 6 or 7 of these...
We don't have that far to go to get a play off place, 4 or 5 players and hopefully offload the expensive flops..stop the 6 or 7 games where we just didn't turn up, and there's no reason at all we can't look forward to competing at the top end of the table next season..build some momentum and it's a totally different story...

Disagree....disjointed, hardly scoring, scraping wins. This squad is nowhere near the play-offs....yes, 5 or 6 GOOD players might change that but when we sign 6 we get one half decent.

Would have to be a big transfer window if we are looking at being anywhere near competing for playoffs next season. But in the TWENTY EIGHT games preceding Saturday we have been sixth on points collected. ...we’re already a squad capable of competing for playoffs before the next transfer window. Of course...things don’t stand still and SmithRowe, Willock and Lossl would need replacing with equally influential players.

You have three influential players who possibly wont be here and the dossers coming back. It's going to have to be a successful transfer window for us to be anywhere near.

Hmmm..but there’s no reason why we wouldn’t. Willock has played 3 games, Smith Rowe 7 and Lossl 8 I think...so we were doing alright without them as well. In fact, bizarre as it seems, we’ve demonstrated worse form since they’ve been in the team!!

I'm pretty sure we wouldn't be in the playoffs either, where have you got that from. Last 12 games we are 17th in the form table.

Take the games out before the cowleys we would be 14th. Little bit different to the playoffs.

I saw someone who looked like cheeky brighouse comic Jack Carroll flicking us the Vs from the disabled area tween the two sets of fans... On further investigation it seems it was him
