No afternoon in bed for mum today, we're gonna be together!
Today looks like a few jobs this morning then a trip to Barnsley market - new indoor one, been trying to get down and pay it a visit for some time, got a cracking food hall apparently - get lunch, back in time to watch some film on the box at 3pm.
Chill out this aft and the out for a few jars tonight

I’m actually made up about the postponements. I’ve had to self-isolate for the long haul as I’m in a very high risk group so was anticipating missing most of the rest of the season. Hopefully I’ll get to celebrate my release with the news that for legal reasons we are going to be in the same division as Leeds next season 😆

I'm at football! Watching my daughter play for Battyeford in a local derby against Norristhorpe. You wouldn't believe these pitches were under two foot of water a couple of weeks ago.

Mate from England was supposed to be coming over to visit me here in Leipzig, so the original plan was to go out and support the local economy in various bars in the city centre whilst catching a Bundesliga game. But that's been put on ice now, the bugger decided to stay in England - cinemas haven't all shut yet in Germany, so will probably go and watch 1917 or the Terminator: Dark Fate if I can find somewhere playing it. Other than that, it'll be doing something that I've been meaning to do but haven't yet got around to: Like learning how to play the deceptively tricky intro to The La's "There she goes" on the guitar. Some may argue it's not tricky at all, but I'm hopelessly out of practice :-(
Not that easy without yer Saturday football, is it?

I'll be helping to support the local economy in Bury today, after their teams demise I was thinking about Bury this morning whilst sat on the pot.. IF they write off this season and IF the FA give clubs payments to stop them going out of business, might there be a chance Bury could rejoin the league?

Setting up a trading post on the dark web to sell all the hand gel and shit tickets I've been panic buying for the past 3 weeks. I'll be back in August to buy the club.

I'm off to watch Bradford (Park Avenue)... after missing the last two home games for family reasons, I was right looking forward to today's game so I'll have to go elsewhere for my fix.

Just finished work. Normally head to my mates bar and force her to put the town stream on much to the dismay of middle class Chinese students. Suppose I'll head for a few overpriced pretent Aussie schooners instead...

The Shay. £10 with a Town season ticket and the 3 Pigeons is a good pub too. How much without a season ticket? Bradford were doing half price admission if you show your season ticket but I felt a bit tight only paying a fiver so didn't bring it... thinking about trying to do two games in a day but if Halifax want £20 off me they can stick it up their arse sideways.
