Thought he may have featured in some part last night for the Gooners as they had a second string out. Must say, Arteta has really transformed them. The EPL will be very competitive this season with Everton also having moved up a gear.

The score app I use tells you before the game which players are unlikely to be available and those that will definitely not be available for selection. He was in the definitely not category so I imagine he's got an injury of some description.

Wonder if there could potentially be a relationship between corberan and arteta?clearly that’s only speculation and I would be genuinely surprised if we managed to get esr back.On a side note I think most loan moves from the prem will happen once the actual transfer window closes once premier league clubs have done their business. What are the dates/rules for this? Are they not aligned? Don't all loans have to be signed and sealed within the transfer window? The days of "emergency loans" have gone now haven't they?

Just read that there is a "domestic only" window that stays open until 16 October for deals between the EPL and EFL teams, but EPL teams can't do deals between themselves. This seems like it will be mainly loans, I guess, but can be permanent deals. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/53417773

Fair play, could be what he needs to live up to his expectations from previous years. Btw, how does someone even know what Aarons looks like to take a photo? Not exactly a household name

If this has any truth in it and reading beat us to his signature then that game late on in may 2017 really will feel a distant memory.

Reading are currently top of the league. And Royal Berkshire is much closer to London than scabby Huddersfield. We can have no complaints if he goes there.

That’s the terrier true under dog spirit It's called being realistic. Saying "scabby Huddersfield" is patently being disrespectful though. I am not saying Huddersfield hasn't got its issues but FFS, Reading is a dreadful place. Almost as bad as Bracknell. Royal Berkshire Edit. And hang on, you're in Mansfield. Scabby in two senses of the word.

Huddersfield is home - far from perfect but don’t call it scabby please. Bit of a cheek suggesting Reading is preferable. It may be closer to London but it’s a bloody dump.

Dreadful place, and a fair few notches below our town.
