Theyve lost their first three games and they are signing Kongolo.. Sounds like they are pissing about EXACTLY as we did Only if they come in for Diakhaby and Mbenza aswell! If them two head over towards that part of the world it will be to Stocksbridge Park steels... Or even more embarrassingly Sheffield Wednesday |

Just cause town overpaid on kongolo we can’t assume others will
If we get £8m we’ll have done very well ... if we’re playing brinkmanship then I worry as we’ve blinked twice before; mbenza in 2018 (paying well over the odds), mooy 2109 (when it was too late to find a replacement)
Shelf Utd will looking at Town from the outside - like the rest of us - and will probably call our bluff because we don’t seem to have the money to afford to keep kongolo so need a deal more than they do. They will have other targets do we have other teams interested in kongolo

With most of us being happy to see Kongolo gone but the sticking price undoubtedly being the players value, how about a part exchange? We desperately need a striker and McBurnie is again on the bench for Shef Utd today. Any chance of doing a deal involving him? Decent championship forward.

Fulham and Sheffield seem to want a player thy can get for peanuts so there will not be a bidding war . I doubt that we will get what we want for for him without getting him fit and he play's a game or two to show it.

I’d be happy with a hefty sell on clause. If he plays the left hand side of a back 3 he could easily be at a big club next summer.

The only info I can find is what Cowley said. “Unfortunately, Terence took a heavy landing on one of those bones and ligaments and he’s had to have a piece of metalwork put in which, hopefully, will resolve the issue. He will then need that metalwork to come out before he is able to play again, so it is going to be a lengthy one"8 months on and 2 ops later, he wasn't wrong....lengthy indeed |
