Apparently Vallejo was being scouted weekly by Leeds for the last two seasons, hence why CC has extensive knowledge of him. Trust CC with this one. So we beat the Bell ends to his signature...b.t.w what are Scouts ?.....is that like older cubs?....have we ever employed cubs/Scouts ? |

Hey, I don’t make the rules! 😂 There is a “confirmed signings” on the transfer rumour sub-board where this should in reality go. But, as pointed out, it was never a rumour so shouldn’t be on the transfer rumours sub-board at all. Eek! What a conundrum, whoever implemented this ill-thought out shambles obviously wasn’t following the science... |

No it shouldn’t. It isn’t and never was a rumour. It was notification of a signing which doesn’t fit with the sub board title. That was my rationale when I posted it here but I am not certain that I know the parameters of what should be posted on that board. Maybe that board should be renamed transfer rumors and deals. There could be some type of icon or different color for done deals. Don't worry about it. It got seen which is the main thing. |

I've kept schtum on the whole main board, sub-board, sub sub-board thing, but moving this would be ridiculous. Perish the thought that anyone would want to discuss a player who plays for the club on the main board. As for the signing. Seems like a sensible bit of business. Might turn out to be inspired, might not. I like the fact that we're bringing in players the coach wants. I hope there's time for one or two more. |

I wonder how long his international clearance will take, and also if he has to sit out for 2 weeks quarantine.
Surprised we picked up a CDM (not complaining, just surprised).
I hope this doesn't mean we won't be getting an attacking player.
Never even heard of Vallejo, but if he is the same quality like Pipa, then I'm happy

Reading the Wikipedia entry on him he apparently had a bad knee injury earlier in his career which he was out for 2 years with.
Hopefully he does well, looks another shrude signing- good age, risk free, one year deal with option to extend.

Whilst not the priority, sensible to add to the squad in that area to cover Hogg given numbers of 3 game weeks - despite what most on here thought Eiting won’t be replacing Hogg, he’ll be played much further forward and Hogg one of first names on the teamsheet. Both rightly so.
Vallejo - free agent, 1 year deal. Nothing to lose.
In line with Sarr his career has been split between equivalent of league 1 / some below / some championship inc 10 last season, doesn’t look to have played since Jan? Key to get him fit
