Cathy Newman is a reporter who got annihilated for her overly aggressive style of interviewing Jordan Peterson as she kept deliberately and incorrectly extrapolating what he was saying. You're the same person who slags people off for having an opinion different to yours then complain when someone disagrees with you whilst also trying to put words in to other peoples mouths, as you have above, then get weirdly aggressive... Southampton are hoping to loan out a couple of youngsters, and Town are apparently one of a cluster of clubs keeping an eye on them: Will Smallbone and Jake Vokins. Smallbone is an attacking midfielder in a similar mould to Pritchard. Vokins is a left back but you’d assume he would just be a back up for Toffolo, and we’d let Jaden Brown get regular game time elsewhere. You’d imagine that if they did come to fruition, then it would be later in the window rather than early-January, as both players are currently making up the numbers on Southampton’s bench whilst they get a few of their senior players back from injury. Only thing is that I doubt Smallbone would come with an option to buy. Vokins possibly would, but we’d surely only exercise that option depending on Toffolo’s and Brown’s situation come the end of the season. Certainly one (or two!) to watch. Willy Smallbone! What were his parents thinking? |

Difficult one for PH regarding Mbenza. I think he will have a large price tag in mind. Either suitors pay a large fee or we let him go for nothing and get his wages off the books come summer. If we really want him so stay for an extra year then we get rid of some other high earners to pay his wages. Ageed. I think it's almost a lose-lose situation. Personally I think he's done ok this year but hasn't set anything alight for me, he's now doing what I would expect to be the minimum needed for this club at 20 appearances 3 goals 4 assists this season. Anything less than a 1 in 3 (assists/goals) contribution means he'd have to be doing something pretty special on the pitch to make up for it but he doesn't. He's another I wouldn't bat an eyelid at if he left along with so many others and we're just going to have to accept that we'll be losing money on him irrespective of outcome. Unlike Diakhaby he should be able to find work somewhere when he leaves. On another note, there seems to be a disappointing lack of rumours about outbound and useless players. There must be someone willing to take a punt on Pritchard, though I suspect his wages will be a massive stumbling block. I'm sure I saw some stats about our results when he starts compared to when he doesn't that suggested he was arguably our MVP in attack - better results than Campbell or Koroma. |

I'd be interested to see that. Stats are funny though, they can mean everything or nothing. It might just mean that everyone has to work harder when he is playing for example... |

Can't see Pritchard here beyond the summer and we are trying too bring in wide cover would be pointless think we need too move on and rebuild with more consistent players. |

Roberts was rated higher than Dembele, whom knocked out Man City in the CL last year with his two goals for Lyon, when they were both coming through the ranks at Fulham.
Not kicked on since Celtic weirdly.

Can't find it now but a couple of days ago someone tweeted a picture of Howsons capt's piece in the Boro programme. He said Roberts had been doing keepy-uppies to impress the academy lads. Morsy started laughing at him, he asked if he was doing something wrong, Morsy said watch this and he kicked a ball across the pitch towards a tree. He then chased across the pitch and 50-50'd the tree. Roberts went white and Howson said he hadn't been the same player since 🤣🤣🤣

Allen just minces around making poor double entendres from what I've seen of him (admittedly not much as the TV gets turned over or off if he appears on it). His stand up is funny and accomplished, but he's suffering at the moment from over-exposure - he's become the current "go to" and so it feels like very panel/chat/game show etc he's on it. Same thing happened to Alan Carr a while back, and to a lesser extent Jack Whitehall (although he's just not that good). |
