I must admit as we can't go I've no real interest in the FA Cup. I can't get excited about it.
You just know that this year will be the first time we get to the 6th round since 1972. And none of us will be there.

Brilliant The true magic of the cup. What a shame the Marine fans can’t fill the ground.

In one of the most bizarre decisions of all time, I believe he has just "earned" a contract extension The fans are turning against him. There is one of those open letters to McCall in their message board. Always good for a laugh those heartfelt musings are. Full of bad English and atrocious spelling obviously. What board do they use now ? Didn't they close their main one down ?

Is there a team that's graced the PL or Old Div 1 that's been relegated to non league? Probably an obvious one?

Notts County the most recent example. Before them, AFC Wimbledon - assuming they'd already acquired the history of the old club. Not sure on any others? Carlisle would have a few years back, but for Jimmy Glass. EDIT: Luton Town!

Theres an identical one with the same posters and set up Google Bradford message board and City Talk you will find it. Good for a laugh now and then but not on a par with Owlstalk for comedy.

Were we first out of the hat? We are usually one of the last with a top team left in, we then miss them by one ball get someone like Rotherham and go out.

Wheres that poster that's a Plymouthfan but lives in Huddersfield and bought himself a season ticket at Town? He must be torn on this one.

Man United v Watford shortly to be confirmed as a 5:30 kick off on Saturday 9th January on BT. Making up the rest of the TV games (assuming 1 x Friday, 3 x Saturday, 3 x Sunday and 1 x Monday): Arsenal v Newcastle Villa v Liverpool Stockport v West Ham Marine v Spurs Crawley v Leeds Newport v Brighton Chorley v Derby 8 out 8 well done, now lets see you pick 6 numbers for tonight's 175M jackpot......maybe you could help big Phil out then!

Was about to post similar. Anyone’s info on what FA Player is would be appreciated. I’m guessing it might be accessed via BBC iPlayer?

I love the way the club have spun it - "Town have been selected to be on FA Player". What that really means is that no one wanted to show it and we'll be lumped in with all the other matches on FA Player.

It’s easy to open an account for iPlayer on your tv so if that’s all you have to do it should be no problem.

If it's like previous rounds, you just click onto the game from the Scores and Fixtures page and then click a link to watch live. (don't forget to scroll up for the full feed) I watched several 1st and 2nd round games and the streaming beats iFollow into a cocked hat. (I'm sure the anti BBC brigade will moan though)
