O know its like being at a trump MAGA rally 17 18 year olds put out for our club in the FA cup and we only got £43.6 million last year and spent 900,000 while the trumps of our club pocket the lot and the maga i.e. town people on here will still be be saying your not a true supporter if you dont follow the leaders What language is this ⬆️⬆️⬆️ It's Trumpish

BBC calling it one if the shocks of the day and no mention anywhere of it being an academy side. Piss poor journalism

I completely agree with his team selection and 2-3 against a near full strength league one side isn't terrible. We have an extremely thin squad and it won't be greatly improved upon this transfer window. He needs to give the first 11 as much rest as he can. I never want Huddersfield to get beat but going out of the FA Cup early this season doesn't bother me at all.

Completely agree. Calling it "a squad" is actually pushing the definition of a squad. We've got a very decent core of around 14 players, as good as most clubs in the division. Beyond that, there's nothing really. Directly behind that is nothing but then we've got a right set coming through (the French kids etc) do the others in this division have that ? I don't know, to be honest. They're too young to really judge at this point.

I tried, but Google translate doesn't have a Cockwombling Spunktrumpet to English button

Might be the bourbon but Phillips reminded me in his style of play to Bamford. Anyone agree or shall I start on the soft drinks?

You only gain experience by playing! That's true but young players will become better players by playing alongside better, more experienced players rather than the same players they play with in the academy. For me, tonight should have been a mixture. Agreed. Except given the number of injuries & the lack of depth to our squad I'm not sure that was an option. Would have liked to see Stearman/Schindler in there if fit - but they weren't. TBH, I think that alone would probably have probably provided enough defensive solidity to have been enough to get the win today.

Arguably the worst managerial and dis respectful team choice in Huddersfield F A Cup history especially when not to have first team back up on the bench in case they were needed.
What the fuck did Corberan expect to happen with so many inexperienced players with many looking yet to reached puberty
My Argyle mates thought town fielding such an inexperienced squad was some kind of piss take and certainly got what we deserved
Thanks for yet another shit weekend Corberan as I think you have not only belittled the club but also lost vital F A cup revenue
NOT IMPRESSED.
We’ve got a paper thin first team squad We’ve got an injury list as long as your arm,and add to that Danny Grant. The players are worn out and need as much rest as possible. Now a meaningless competition We’ve got an outside chance of the playoffs. For these reasons alone we should have played a team from the Dog&Duck On the day the best possible result.

Was that the youngest team we've ever played? Maybe Hamer & Vallejo would make it not but it can't be far off?

What would you know anyway? Why are you still here? Didn't you say you were done for the season? Tell you what, why don't you call it a day completely.. The door is that way ➡️

Phillips looked lively, could’ve had a goal in the first half and his work rate was good. Struggled to hold it up a few times with the centre half coming through him but you’d expect that against big league 1 centre halves. Would like to see him get more minutes when we’re chasing games as he’s clearly got goals in him.
Rowe is a bit of a conundrum, great feet and can go past people but can be erratic and prone to making mistakes. Needs to make the right decision more often and often seems a bit static.
Jones should be on the bench ahead of Diakhaby, would like to see him get minutes against tired legs. Would’ve got a penalty in a league game when the defender clothes-lined him but the ref was shit. Great prospect at 17.
Be interesting to see what they do with austerfield, thought he had a good game but could do with a good loan at a league club as I think the first team is a bit soon for him yet.

The difference being I am not criticising CC. He has to prioritise the league and it was more important to him to rest players even at the expense of not progressing to the next round. Unlike you, I’m not angry. I’m resigned to what the FA Cup has become. That is the sad bit. My grandsons (admittedly only 3 years and 5 weeks old) will likely never experience what I did......and that is sad. What really made me angry was the lack of first team players on the bench especially those out of favour players who have not had much game time this season. The only player we've had fit recently to be on the bench but wasn't in the regular starting eleven, who didn't play today, was Alex Pritchard. The rest of the regular recent subs bench played today. Are your really that mad just because Alex Pritchard wasn't on the bench? There is no one else you could possibly be talking about.

Absolutely non existent, just like the rest of his time here. Are you blind, stupid or both? Thought Rowe, aside from his goal, had a shocker, he was caught in possession countless times, although going forward he caused Plymouth problems but at the back caused us countless problems.

It was exactly the same as Duhaney, Brown and Vallejo.
