I renewed my 3 season cards yesterday. That makes it 16 years consecutively you don't get that for murder. To be fair you’ve been sentenced to watching less than a consecutive month worth of football….you could get that for accidentally punching someone who deserves punching. Wish I’d only been watching 16 years!!

How about this for bucking the trend - renewing our 4 adult tickets - and adding an extra one!!! The tide's turning - we're heading for a sell out!

16 years consecutive season card holder, I have been watching town for 50 years. There were 20 of us living in a shoebox……… You were lucky...we lived in a paper bag in a septic tank. We used to get up at six, clean the paper bag, go to work a 14 hour shift in the mill, 7 days a week, for six pence, and when we got home dad would thrash us to sleep with his belt. Try and tell the young people today, and they don't believe it.

We used to have to get up out of the shoebox at twelve o'clock at night, and LICK the road clean with our tongues. We had half a handful of freezing cold gravel, worked twenty-four hours a day at the mill for fourpence every six years, and when we got home, our Dad would slice us in two with a bread knife.

Actually, not MP initially albeit that it was done later by them. Was first on At Last The 1948 Show; pre-MP and originally performed by Tim Brooke-Taylor, John Cleese, Graham Chapman and Marty Feldman. The original is out there on YouTube somewhere; I've got the DVD of the ALT1948S series.

Only Swansea better than us for prices by the looks, although our low price is only for fans who didn't cash in last season so not sure if other clubs applied that rule.

Their £249 prices apply to the South stand only the rest of the stadium is £299. All prices are subject to a £3.50 booking fee though so technically ours are still cheaper. Still cracking prices though 👌

Still cracking prices though 👌 Its an interesting point - given their prices are basically the same or cheaper than our season ticket price (which is £299, not £249). Does *any* other club actually offer discounted price to people who happened to have a season ticket the season before, or do they just offer the 'guarantee' of being able to re-buy the season??

I seem to remember reading about a club - possibly Bournemouth - who were offering very cheap tickets for next season if they hadn't had this last season refunded, but I couldn't swear to that. Derby also said they would offer 1/23rd off next season's ticket for every game that fans couldn't get into this last season so, in theory, next season should be free for those who didn't take a refund. They haven't sent anything out yet so I can't confirm that.

I see Blackpool are charging 649 for their highest priced ones. I assume you get a "sea view" for that price!

Bought mine this morning, full season ticket since 84/85 and half season ticket for 3 seasons before that. So I guess this time I've been a ticket holder for over 40 seasons! God I feel old today

Good, bad, ugly I want to be there!!!!!!! Agree. I can’t wait and hope that we can all be there in great numbers. After such a crap time what could be better than taking your seat in a packed stadium again. Stand up if you love the Town.

Renewed my two cards last night. Even if we have a poor season, can't see us missing more than 3 or 4 matches.

Wonder if the delay in coming out of lockdown will have any effect on sales?
I suspect it might.

Depends sid on wether you believe Gove when he answered 'definitely' when asked if all restrictions would end on july 19th. He may have had his fingers crossed behind his back all the time?(ack to Rik Mayal in the young ones). Think a lot of people would want independent proof if the govt told us it was wednesday today, be honest you would check..

I’m old school and want a physical season card rather than storing it on my phone.
I emailed the ticket office this week to ask what the process was for requesting a physical card as opposed to the phone one because it was inferred that you had to specifically ask for a real one.
Their reply:
“We will be sending out physical season cards next month to all supporters.”
