Fingers crossed this second scan is promising as were absolutely starved of any decent final 3rd quality. We showed against Swansea that this is not a problem. Swansea let us play. We are useless against well organised teams who put 8 or 9 men behind the ball, and press us. We just end up passing it around aimlessly in the centre circle and don't move the ball quickly enough. |

Is the guy actually injured or is it just an issue with his medical not having any credible info can be confusing He’s been training for over a week without it issue I know that for a fact - it’s obviously a previous problem that’s flagged on a scan - hopefully it’s nothing serious and we can go ahead with it If the guy is training well lets give it a whirl it would be short term and maybe we get some match winning games from him fed up with the club prolonging these transfers and messing up. |

Obviously long term he doesn't look like a viable option for any club, but he could pull in a few wins for us. We're desperately in need. I'm not confident this will happen based off our previous actions.

He's hardly solely responsible for signings either he has staff in place for that. Such a weird comment to suggest every transfer that doesn't go through is because of Phil. |

What are? Only Preston in the top 2 divisions have signed more players than us in the last few months. So why have we been looking at bringing him in then. Probably the same reason why any club looks at bringing any player in?! |

They know the talent he has try to get something out of him and it invariably fails. Why would we give him any sort of contract if there's a chance he'll break down next week and be out for a while? |
