If, as a club, we manage to injure players who have a decent record of keeping fit then you have to question the sense in signing someone with known injury issues. It does raise a question regarding Ward but maybe we are just slow learners ☹️

Waiting on Maynardblue as they said further scans etc were to be done , timescale too soon yet for them results . |

If the baggage is an injury that means he hardly plays (like has happened at every club for the last 7 years) then what's the point? Going back to your original point though you are absolutely right, it must be Phil taking the piss and deciding at the last minute he doesn't want to sign him and absolutely nothing to do with an injury or a scan that those in the know are claiming. It's obviously a bullshit cover up for that useless Chairman/Scout/Doctor/Coach Phil... Still would be a player that might earn his place in the team it would not arm us if we have no other choices I don't know , but I suspect a "failed medical" means problems with the insurance company ? Players have to be insured (I think). |

Yes they need insurance but the guy as passed 6 medicals in the last 2 years and been available too play for most of it so i don't buy the injury claim we only needed too get a couple of months out of him but okay we move on lol  |

Examiner says the club no longer interested which I am glad about. Niasse I would still like to join for the rest of the season. With Ward looking like a long term no-show it would be good to have another solid striker. We may just need a few goals in the right games to keep us up so the more the merrier, except Morrison.

I'd say the club are in a good position on the wages front with these free agents. Earning a couple of grand a week whilst putting yourself in the shop window has to be better than sitting on your arse whilst contemplating the prospect of having to get a proper job. |
