worth renaming a stand after him. legend. Or may be a bar? Town don't seem to do things like that, would be a few in front of Frank if they did, even though he is a legend. |

Maybe a bronze statue of him and a couple of other “worthy” recipients... possibly in front of the riverside public realm area - if tight for space there maybe in front of the undercover recess ares vertical support pillars - As lovely as naming a stand after Legend’s that have passed away seems, I can’t see the club knocking back sponsorship of the four stands for this... though they could put a percentage of it away for permanent memorial statues to club Legands, get them eternally erected outside the riverside and still coin it in cash wise from sponsorship of the stands... I’d also like one for Herbert Chapman.. George “Bomber” Brown (Record goalscorer) and Billy Smith (Record appearances)... I don’t know what real life bronze statues cost to sculpture and erect but that’s some I’d like to see at The John Smith’s stadium ! |
