Hmm - oh dear you've missed the point fella - if the price is lower and the resulting revenue is less - then its pointless and price inelastic but if the resulting revenue is higher then its price elastic. It does n't matter if the price falls and demand increases yet overall revenue falls - that's the point. But hey I was only trying to be helpful.... With all due respect fella, it’s you that has missed the point - bearing in mind neither of us actually know how many shirts we sell or what the mark up is on each one, I gave two possibilities, to my mind reasonable guesstimates but I’m aware the figures could be wide of the mark, but with no knowledge of the answer yourself you tell me it’s wrong and ignore the possibility of extra income from more names and numbers printed and the possibility of sponsors being pleased with extra exposure and the fan base being pleased with not being fleeced, not everything is measured in £’s. In the past 40 years, before the PL, the most season cards the club ever sold was the £100 Centenary one, it had nothing to do with the date it was down to the cost, Town can charge £100 for next season’s shirt, they will still sell a few, but not many and they will antagonise a lot of their fans in the process, the exact opposite of what my original post proposed. It’s a lot more simple than A Level economics, hope you find it helpful. Wow that's really illuminating - thank you so much!

I know international RL is a bit of a joke, but I like the kit England are wearing tonight.

Listened to "And he takes that chance" podcast tonight and thought it was really insightful.
Never really thought about how long it takes to get a shirt from an idea to being ready for sale. Next years shirt is ready to go for example and Town are already looking at how to celebrate the thrice champions into the kits over the coming years.
I think a lot of the questions asked each pre season r.e. New kit are well covered so well worth checking out.

When are our away kits out? Would imagine we play the Harrogate friendly in either the away or 3rd strip maybe.Think we play them July 10th.Could be that club release said kit in the week leading up to that potentially.

The 'Takes that Chance' Podcast did a Kit Special with Luke Cowan and Jonathan Wilkinson for the club.
Give it a listen and it explains a great deal about kits, how they are designed how far in front they are put together.

That it was keeper training and he'd backed off that much that he ended up where the photos were being taken 🤔

That keepers shirt is better than many of our former 2nd and 3rd choice shirts.

Hopefully it’s linked with the goal line technology thing and it gives him an electric shock when he fucks off behind his own line.
