Poor lad, as others have alluded to patience is needed. Hopefully the club are giving him all the time and support he needs

Another setback for the kid, he’s quite ill and has long Covid related pneumonia. Cursed. Had to go to the hospital Might sound a bit ridiculous, seeing as he hasn't even played for us yet, but if this is true it would nice if the fans could get some sort of banner of support for him at the next home game. Wouldn't normally suggest this kind of thing, but this is a young lad who has left his family and friends, moved from another country to play for us and had pretty much the worst time you could imagine.

Wonder if he’ll be any good by the time we get to see him. Gutted for him. I’m sure the club will be supporting him, it’s a lot of football & training and development to be missing out on.

Any more news on the lad?
Would be brilliant for him to get some minutes with the B team at least before the close of the year

Apparently he's hoping to make his debut and get on for the last 10mins of his upcoming testimonial game, to thank the fans for all their support...

Has trained this week, back to full training from Monday, set to play minutes for B team early November. 🙌

Working players like dogs doesn't necessarily make them fitter than still working hard but smarter with additional strength/conditioning techniques.

Yes indeed... Great to see and it’s when the chips are down in one’s life in adversity that strength of character shines through and hopefully himself on a personal level and Huddersfield Town on the field of play will be the full beneficiaries of Danny’s comeback !

All in good time of course but if Koroma and Sinani haven't picked up in form once he's played a few B team games I'd like to see him given a go off the bench, seeing what he can do in Ireland he looks like the type of player our forward line needs at the moment

Koroma needs to get on the pitch to rediscover last year's form.

Koroma needs to get on the pitch to rediscover last year's form. It's a bit of an odd one. When Holmes started to really get into good form I thought Sinani would be the one to make way, as he plays in a more central role that requires him to work quite hard and unselfishly to get the best out of Thomas- something that suits Holmes' skillset perfectly. Yet Koroma was the one he replaced. And it's understandable really, Koroma seems to be playing more like an out and out winger this season and barely gets into goalscoring positions- and seems to hold onto the ball too long and lack a bit of composure when he does. I suspect the formation just doesn't suit either of them, but the sum of the parts is heaps better than it was at any point last season.
