In the few PM’s we shared he came across as a thoughtful and caring person who wanted to help if he could. Seemed like a good man at the end of the day.
RIP Otium, you will be remembered.

Rest in Peace, Ronnie pal.
Brave is an understatement.
"Don't worry about me" you said, as you prepared for India.
Will never forget all your help.

I’m not sure who Otium was but I must have come across him at some stage being in the same age group. I will miss his posts on here more than anyones, he has lived a more interesting life than most and I will miss his stories. Massive loss to HTFC RIP Otium

One of a kind - despite the years between us in age I often resigned in a message between us both, sharing an opinion or debating, RIP to a true legend of a man x

Raconteur, fantasist, story-teller extraordinaire. Bloody-minded, controversial, occasionally offensive but always forthright. Stoic, stubborn, single-minded and steadfast. Intractable, insoluble, obstinate and cantankerous.
But beyond all of that, an honourable and fundamentally decent man. A fellow Town fan, an entertainer and a gentleman. A sad loss, and too soon.
Rest in peace, Ron x
