I'm in, try to select seats and doesn't put in basket, then it crashes completely. Rinse and repeat. Nightmare.

Why are we restricted to 2 tickets. I need 5 together. Am I missing something? Because whoever dreamed up the ticketing strategy was an utter moron. Probably don’t realise the average household has 2.2 children. Why they can’t have 6 per transaction to match the previous sales I have no idea |

Hope the club learn their lesson for future games, operate in house, phone lines, ticket office and towns own website, get staff in to cope with demand and manage it that way.
Paying ticketmaster to manage it and cope with demand which they are struggling with has been suicide.

Do you really think they would manage it better in-house seen as they have 4 members of full time staff (or sa I red on another post, I think) How long do you think the queue in person and over the phone would be Realistically selling 38,000 tickets in-house, in a week, will never work. The blame lies with the football league for forcing/advising us to use an underpowered ticketmaster |

This is just ridiculous, just about to choose two seats and it tells me unable to process order, was only on there two minutes. Then the site crashes.

Really weird. Block 523 looked almost sold out 10 mins ago and now there's hardly any sold. Assuming people had them in their basket and then got bombed out

There was already an advantage given to ST holders in getting availability earlier, didn't need to give a bigger allocation as well IMO and I'm a ST holder. In the end myself and 2 family members have ended up with 3 tickets from 3 season cards, average of 1 each to allow as many others a fair chance as possible. |

Lol every seat I've clicked on since noon. And when it doesn't appear when I click on my basket there's nothing in there
