Should have a few people choose 2 candidates who are not wanted by all the rest of the members?
Then have them debate their particular thoughts and ideas to those who are not even members so cant vote for either of them anyway?

The use of s&m brothels is no longer in the terms and conditions and has been replaced with a subscription to 'Harm yourself during peverse sexual practices' magazine. The mods swear by it, im told, to relieve the stresses of the job.🤐🤐😳 |

Hi everyone, So after a time consuming and rigorous interview process, a new Admin has been chosen. Firstly I’d like to genuinely thank the forum members who put themselves forward for the role; some good people applied and we were fortunate to have a good choice to work from. This bodes well for the future of the board. Keith & I have chosen overtonterrierspirit as the third Admin for the board, and we hope you can all welcome him as part of the team. Please give him the respect and time he needs to find his feet in this role, as you have given Keith and myself. Naturally Overton might have a few ideas to freshen things but this will be discussed and naturally put you all as members, if we feel the need to tweak anything. In the meantime, congratulations to Overton, thanks to the members who did apply, and let’s now get behind the team. |

Good luck! A good appointment based on the posts I’ve seen from Overton.
Current admin team doing very well so far IMO. A lot less arguments on the board and disputes settled fairly. Keep it up.
