Nothing to cheer about is there? makes you think why none of the other stands arent making any noise apart from the away end Sorry I've never understood why a singing section don't sing irrespective of what's going on on the pitch . Burnley have lost a lot of highly influential players. I can really see them struggling this year, especially with Kompany in charge who didn't exactly pull up any trees with one of the biggest teams in Belgium. Personally, i'm feeling pretty optimistic about the season ahead. 3-1 Town tonight. Team: Nicko Turton Lees REG Ruffells Hogg Russell Kas Sorba Rudi Mahoney Ward 12 men against 11. I for one am up for that. Fucking hell can we play with 12 because it’s like they’ve got 15 on pitch. |

Changes desperately needed, getting overrun.
Switch to three centre halves, drop Hogg there. Bring energy on, Russell is blowing out of his arse, Holmes not touched the ball (Rudoni and Kasumu), Ruffels off and Nakayama at LWB, Thomas at RWB. Anjorin on for Koroma.

What you're seeing is a team with a full pre season vs one with half a pre season. Plus the fact we're using players who aren't close to good enough

Even though I think we are going to struggle, this isn't a game to judge us from. Burnley are going to be walkway title contenders they looks 2 levels above us Bollocks. We finished 3rd. We should be able to string 2 passes together against anyone. Players are strolling around like they've never played before. |

Well. That was fucking terrible.
Not a single outfield player worth more than a 3 or 4 out of 10.
Looking at the positives.... 5 substitutes can be made this season.

REG is all over the shop. Next to Ruffles who isn't good enough or proven with Koroma and Holmes in front of him...
Holmes has Russell next to him who has the touch of Rolf Harris. No wonder we can't get our foot on the ball or get some shape with all of those combinations! Might as well just not of put anyone on the left side of our formation
