Strange pick really because his real worth to any team is his ability from dead balls yet Wales never let him take any because ego Bale and ego Ramsey must take everything

Could be tricky to know who to support when England play Wales especially if Sorba plays. England. But with the hope that Sorba plays an absolute blinder.

I struggle to get my head around wanting Wales to beat England just because Sorba is playing.
Are we hoping to lose against Bristol City because they have Nahki Wells in their side?

Are we hoping to lose against Bristol City because they have Nahki Wells in their side? because I don't feel the same sense of 'we' when I watch England compared to watching town. I still support them obviously. There's no equivalent at club level because Town can't play against ourselves!

Given that they're likely to put him at left back, he should probably have a chat with Josh Ruffels of he has any designs on scoring FOR them.

Hopefully Wales donβt escape the group. Championship restarts after group stages.

Caught a bit of the commentary of Harrogate knocking Bradford out of the FA Cup at the weekend (it was an early KO when I expected to hear the normal Hudds match preamble) - it was hilarious they seemed to be going on about Hudds every 5mins!! (in relation to both teams).

$10,000 per....?? (paywall) It's $10k per DAY that a player is involved (can't remember when the start date is of the 'official preparation period' - presumably sometime next week) - distributed to clubs that a player has been at over the previous 2 years. (so we'll probably get about $1k per day for Helik assuming he is part of the final squad Poland announce today - but will get most if not all of the Thomas pay. Aaron Mooy is in the squad but since he signed permanently for Brighton in Jan 2020 we get nothing - dont think there's any other ex Town players involved? No idea why Diakhaby hasn't got a call-up for the French team π³).

$10000 -> Β£8799 x 7 = Β£61,593 a week.
That should cover the salaries of the players.

Tinpot, there are actually people on here who dont want town to be successfull and get promoted, so dont be surprised.

I can see why you'd have Bale if it's a shooting position but James or Wilson (or playing Sorba at left back) is a baffling choice.

Why would they let anyone other than Bale take free kicks from scoring positions. Heβs one of the best in the world at taking these.

He just benefits from the well known 'David Beresford' effect.
