He grew up in England and ive seen photos of him wearing an England shirt. ( ok Im guessing, but he will have done) Half the welsh team grew up dreaming of playing for England! Oh so what? It's international football. Even if he did want to play for England as a kid, he got called up to a World Cup for Wales - why would he turn that down? I'm going to assume that those questioning his sincerity about playing for Wales wouldn't have been eligible to represent more than one national team. For those that do, it probably is a bit tough to make a decision until the call comes. Quite a few players have just gone with whichever national team asks first as they feel they're wanted. Obviously Wales being a much smaller country will be more likely to approach a lad in the second tier.

On current form, no. But if I had to put up with the shite he's had to from some fans, and a small-minded incompetent dickhead as a boss, and complaints about it led to me being branded Billy big bollocks, I think my level of performance would drop off a bit too. Fotheringham didnt make Sorba play crap..be half-assed,, not control the ball... not put in decent crosses,,not make decent runs... just like Schofield didnt before him, in the same way Corboran didnt make his form drop off markedly after xmas last season. its on the player. Didnt his slide in form start well before any of this paedo abuse started... which id agree is shite and utterly counter productive ( but when has that ever stopped a decent chunk of our fanbase targeting one of our players for some reason or other?) After bursting on the scene last season I dont think hes looked the same player since his Wales call up, which to me suggests it could be some billy big bollocks going on. "You're still in fucking Latvia!" as Neil Warnock might say! Form fluctuates, it's part of the game. It wasn't just Sorba that was affected by Buzz being a complete 'ead-the-ball: most of the young lads looked lost. Having come through non-league and exploded onto the scene and become an international in a very short space of time, plus going to a world cup, he'd have every right to be a bit Billy big bollocks- he's living the dream when two years ago he'd probably had to come to terms with probably never making it as a footballer. See, I can play the amateur mindreader too- I'm just a bit more charitable.

Perhaps understandable if were being charitable, but I do think it did. And its affected his form ever since. One of the comments on moving to Blackburn was something on the lines of thinking he should be playing at the top end of the division chasing promotion, not at the bottom end fighting relegation. Why? Based on what? His performances this season wouldn't have had him in the championship at all IMO. He looked more like the non-league player he was than the international superstar I think he sees himself as.

I am not in the camp who criticise Thomas for "attitude", and think we would be a better team with him in it, but one of his significan weaknesses is that he is just unable to cross a ball*. * Other than from a set piece. Unless we get a set piece, he has no one to cross to though. MF didn’t help him get his form back by continually playing him out of position. Hungbo has hit the ground running and seems a lot better option at the moment Agreed. Time will tell whether NW is going to get a tune out of him, or anyone else, I guess?

Sorba could have thrived under NW but I’m glad Hungbo can and he can take on and beat a man 😉

It's not a case of one being better than the other etc. Nw loves an attack minded bench and he would have featured. Let's remember football is a squad game you might have the best 11 but if your squad is weak you will struggle. No more anti sorba stuff the bloke has done nothing wrong. Yes out of form but Lees has been a shadow all season but has not had any stick (not saying he should do just making the point)

On point 2 that is tough on hungbo who looks like he can go a long way but he has played less than 10 championship games so hard to judge. I think most on here would have hailed sorba after his first 10 or so games. Would love sorba back at town especially now we have people in the box

I don't miss Sorba crying like a baby when he thinks he's been fouled, and those steps he used to do before kicking the ball from a set peice,a bit too Benny Hill chasing a woman style for me.

Sorba is a young man and like me at that age is prone to making a mistake or three.
Hopefully this time with Blackburn will do him the world of good and come back all the better for it.

That's a scary line up/squad match day if you ask me. I hope the club, keeps a great relationship with Sorba, and his loan spell invigorates him. He's a passionate player who wears his heart on his sleeve, lost his way a bit, but we can probably put that down to former gaffer than Sorba too.

Seems like Sorba is fast becoming some people’s Karlan Grant? Tbf he's gone in a similar direction (for whatever reasons), without us getting a stupidly large amount of transfer money for him. It will be 'interesting' if he's back at Canalside on the first day of preseason training.

For me he left because of MF. I think on 3or 4 occasions MF SAID “sorba has been annoying everybody “.. say it once not three times. So I understand why sorba was pissed off.
Hungbo has started well and looks to have great desire as week as pace and ability. I’m not sure sorba would be starting in front of him.

In an interview for the local paper where he's on loan- I wouldn't read too much into it other than maybe Blackburn have finally given him twenty minutes of media training that we should've given him the first week he signed.

I'd love to know what happened in 48 hours to players who have, on the whole, been shit all season.
