Question is... Would MF have got 3 points V Birmingham. I don't think he would. He would not have played Helik or Ward. Camara will have been 'injured' and Hungbo probably on the bench. Regardless of who he picked, I don't think we would have won. The uplift in energy and confidence around the place would not have happened. The players now have the belief that will give them that extra yard, that extra resilience that they didn't have prior to his arrival. |

Yeah the players threw away 6 points from the Hull, QPR and Blackpool games this year and that cost him his job. We should have taken those points and continued the route to surviving MF had had us on since Mid October. I find it really amusing just how irritated you seem to be that I have a view you dont agree with!  Different manager same squad we get those points. You have many viewpoints I don’t agree with, can’t remember one I agree with, maybe when Dean announced he was stepping back the second time. What is amusing is your need to be right, to the extent that you are on here all day defending indefensible statements you made while MF was still here. There are plenty worse on here than the Slapper, you just have to get used to his "everything that Dean has done is wonderful". Once you get over this bias and learn to accept it, you can read his 40,000 posts without any concerns. Dont be giving people ideas. I like being told I always think Im right by people who always think theyre right. I might start posting opinions I think are wrong and see how it goes.  |

You are missing one extremely important attribute that Hungbo has against Sorba. Hungbo has the bottle and heart for a fight at the wrong end of the table. That for me ends this debate as to what Sorba may or may not able to do with a football as ultimately it is irrelevant. Spot on for once Morley 😉 Thomas happy to be here when we are doing well. Jumps ship at the 1st sighting of a struggle in his own form and our position. As well as he did last season, I personally wouldn't mind if we let him go. I feel he has an ego that will hinder more than help his career. 1st all the WC trash talk. Now all the 'angry and frustrated' at our club. Well thank you Rockwall!. You and I don't always agree on here, however, we just move on, don't bare any grudges and if you or I agree with the next post then so be it!. To be fair, most posters are the same. There are one or two babies on here though that play the Man and not the ball. Their posts are in response to the poster and not the actual post (which often they will agree with but could never be seen to do so). They need to grow-up. Pathetic. |

Well on the way to being a good player based on what exactly? He came as an offensive goalscoring midfielder and 2/3 into the season hes got zero goals and a modest number of assists despite playing almost every game! Has talent on the ball and clearly played in a poor team this season but for long spells hes looked way short of this level imho. Hopefully warnock can ignite him!! Id agree the end result is the part of his game thats been very disappointing. Id liken him to Obrien in that way, but it didnt mean Obrien wasnt a good player. Hopefully Warnock will improve that part of his game but I think hes well on the way to being a good player based on his technical ability, his energy and commitment. Hes not a patch on O'Brien right now - either with and especially without the ball. I dont disagree he's a young lad with some talent but he now needs to produce - he's had 2/3 of a season at this level and based on what i've seen hes no better than very mediocre at this level right now. Big jump from Wimbledon though and as you say Warnock may do for him what he's done for many in the past - eg Kenny, Bullock, Booth, Jagielka, Brown. Hope he does - he certainly got more out of Kasumu at wing back than Listerine or Scoffer did played in supposedly his usual position! |

Thats very harsh on Kasumu who I think has put in some pretty good performances in the centre of midfield this season. Baring in mind hes had one game at wing back where he was 'ok'.

Beg to differ - the odd decent game but in the main hes been pretty poor for me. Not helped by the team struggling like rudoni but dont see what he brings in midfield. Second touch a tackle and a walking yellow card as a result. Got energy but like others not a patch on what we had. |

It’s the same as any job - when the employer turns to shit everyone who can leave, will leave.
That’s why Sorba engineered a move and we were left with those no one else would touch with a barge pole.

For me what summed up the utter shitshow of the past few months, was the fact that after rudoni had taken shit set piece after set piece for the last few weeks; we had no other option than to have Scott high take one (which ironically was better than rudoni’s); I was left thinking how has it come to this.
Still remember the idiots on here claiming that rudoni took a better set play than Thomas based on one game! Our only threat, gone and with it certain relegation
