It’s just made a convo in the pub hatder than it should because I kept catching myself say it like fucking Frank, even when I’m not trying! And I don’t even fucking like the show. |

Reminds me of a thread many moons ago on Two view (awag - for those that are familiar with it) where they played a game of if posters were a film title. One of the guys was Mikr (a Vale fan, if memory serves), he came up with 'Dude, where's Mikr!' Got a very similar response to the Mbete gag. |

I asked one of the guys who works in some data department at Man City for his opinion on Mbete. This was his response.
A great ball playing centre back with a no look reverse passing level of confidence. Probably the highest rated young CB at Man City right now, this over Harwood- Bellis currently at Burnley and Callum Doyle who played for Sunderland at 17 and now at Coventry. Should be physically capable to play at championship level.

Not sure that's an "update" to be fair. It's just regurgitating what The Athletic reported on Friday. I think it may have been suggested that this story got "leaked" on purpose to twist Barnsley's arm RE: Helik. I'd like them both though. |
