Hope he’s ok, was stretchered off the other night in a neck brace after a clash of heads so hopefully all a precaution and he’s good to go. Doubt see him for a week or so though due to concussion protocol.

Poor lad suffered a head injury vs Barcelona on Wednesday and spent the night in hospital. He must have thought he was still concussed when they then told him he was coming to Town for the season.

The clash of heads doesn't look too severe (not that I'd like to take his place!)
A neck brace was probably a cautionary procedure. Not that I have ANY medical expertise.

He doesn't strike me as a typical fullback/wingback - his composure and ability on the ball seems really well suited to creating a strong presence at CB. Nothing worse for me than a makeshift fullback (granted, doesn't do Man City any harm) |
