Forest fans not very positive about Toffolo They were rather happy when they signed him. So it's nothing to do with us anymore

Some Forest fans will be like Leeds were.
A season to consolidate, then march into Europe again…
Toffolo is probably their 8th choice left sided player now.

Forest fans not very positive about Toffolo From what I've seen he's been their best attacker, down the left. There are several players currently in the Forest team worse than him.

I can see Forest turning into a soap opera this season. It could go either way imo. A couple of things I’ve noticed. Firstly, Cooper doesn’t really have a plan B and he’s going to fucking need one as the season progresses. Despite the stupid plaudits after the Spurs game, he got totally outcoached. I saw a Forest side going hell for leather with almost zero threat in front of goal. The counter attacking of Spurs murdered them. Secondly, that atmosphere at the City Ground will soon pipe down once the novelty has worn off and teams have worked out how to nullify them. Finally, as last season, the players are fucking gassed after 70 minutes. They go too hard too early in every game and that attitude will see them dropping vital points in crucial games. It’s going to be an interesting watch! I think it's wishful thinking on our part, think they'll comfortably get enough points against the bottom half of the table. Hope I'm wrong. Watched the game out of interest to see how Toff and Lewis played and neither looked out of place. Spurs were poor on the day, if they'd counter attacked anything like they did against us when we were in the Prem then maybe they would have murdered them but they certainly didn't murder them on Sunday. A scuffed shot by Kane early on and a late goal to seal it doesn't suggest an easy win. Son was a shadow of the player he was last season. I reckon that Spurs side were at their absolute peak at our place. Shame as it totally changed DW’s way of thinking Anyway back to the thread, fuck Forest . Hope they go down and O’Brien and Toff go to a proper prem club

From what I’ve seen of them on TV, I agree. Going forward, he’s always available and he gets the ball into the box nice and early. Defensively, he’s all over the place. That back line look v dodgy to me and tonight it’s City!!!

Getting to a point where all the players involved on play off final day realise that they are actually celebrating playing themselves out of a job, at least with the promoted team and will likely never ever play prem football

I've never wanted a club to fail so much in my life. I was of a similar view, but I'm not the sort that holds grudges, and after seeing their very energetic approach, with LOB and Toff heavily involved, I found myself leaning towards wanting them to win the last game I saw. Not saying I won't have a chuckle if they got relegated and can see that approach getting them spanked tonight.

Think Toff's position is now seriously under threat, a £30 million pound Athletico Madrid left back isn't coming to be second fiddle.

I didn't understand why they spent so much money on all those players. Surely they'd be better off just keeping Brice Samba. A goalkeeper that was so good, he was guaranteed to never, ever concede a single goal, ever.
But then Brice Samba said he wanted to leave and suddenly he became shit. But that's ok, because they have now replaced him with someone who is much, much better than Samba ever was.
I know all this because the Forest fans said so. The set of fucking c****.

I thought Toffolo was one of their best players against Spurs until they moved into a flat back 4 late on with him at left back. Before that he was very advanced and causing spurs loads of problems on that side.
But its going to be tough for him to keep his place in that side.
Must admit I look for their results now and enjoy it when they lose. I dont even know why.. I dont blame them for what happened at Wembley and I dont see all this social media guff their fans apparently come out with. Suppose its just a bitterness because theyre there by default instead of us , due to some appalling ( and suspect!) refereeing.
Maybe its because I know the media and the PL itself were SO wanting them to go up and not us. But at least it adds some interest to the PL, which otherwise tends to pass me by most of the time now.

Forest have just been added to the reasonably short list of clubs I'd be happy to see relegated. There's always 1 slot secured if Leeds are there, so at the moment it's probably increased to 2 definite slots filled, with the 3rd slot being a perm 1 from 3 option...

Just another club, said to my lad the other day don’t mind the club ( forest). Have a huge dislike for a percentage of their arsehole fan base , couldn’t care less if they stay up or not , I like LO and HT so a part of me wishes them success, when they leave just because of their knobhead supporters they can go bust for me.

Let’s turn this thread into strange and sometimes unexplainable hatred of clubs.
Leeds - obvs Forest - obvs Spurs - I really don’t know why Birmingham - that we’ll meet again afternoon Wednesday - obvs Sheff Utd - I got twatted from behind whilst waiting for a bus after a night match. City - 10:1

Leeds - obvs Forest - obvs Spurs - I really don’t know why Birmingham - that we’ll meet again afternoon Wednesday - obvs Sheff Utd - I got twatted from behind whilst waiting for a bus after a night match. City - 10:1 Different opinions. Spurs & the Blades I'm OK with. I'd substitute Brighton & Newcastle for those 2. Partly because my interaction with the few Brighton fans I've worked with, they came across as arrogant, and the Toon simply because of their shameless ignorance to what a fit & proper owner should look like. So by that last reckoning you could add at least another dozen clubs to my list. The PL is a poison, sucking the life out of the game, I hope some of those clubs do feck off and form an intergalactic super-league with the Martian clubs and whoever else the space junkies feel there's the chance of football being played there...

Bolton for loads of reasons.
Gartside and his PL 2 plan with no relegation. Their diabolically shit stewards Their diabolically shit car park The way the people who designed our stadium then immediately designed theirs but with the corners filled in as they should be. Pretty sure they were the first club to introduce music blasting out when they score. And all the other 'americanisms' they loved at the Reebok Their crappy fans who couldn't be arsed to turn out for a league cup semi final, such was their focus on just existing in the PL for the sake of it. And the same who booed Allardyce on his return even though he'd performed miracles for them and even had their crappy club in Europe!

Their ground with the corners filled in looks better, but the atmosphere is always a bit flat there in my experience, though you'd think being enclosed would help. Theirs is also in middle of nowhere with the square root of bugger all nearby. Ours with the surrounding trees on Kilner Bank is much nicer in my (admittedly biased) opinion.
