He walked out on his national team prior to a world cup. Unless the FAI had hired Uday Hussein as assistant to Mick McCarthy he should have stuck it out and voiced his protests in a different way. I suppose if it was now, he'd have the option of Social Media... I'd let that go, if it wasn't for him being on the TV every tournament banging on about how a player has "let his country down"... at least that guy showed up! Edit: Keane played for the Scabs so this isn't off-topic ;-) . Only players who I'll forgive for wearing that shirt are Phil Starbuck, Gary Crosby and Michael Hefele. Diakhaby? 🤣🤣🤣 In his case, it's a shame he wasn't there longer!

Ditto, but on this show (I get a few highlights on my Fakebook reels) he is funny, intelligent and honest, he's even self-deprecating at times, which I found VERY surprising. There was something he did with Micah Richards a while ago, and half the time he (Keane) looked over to him he looked like he wanted to batter him; then occasionally he looked at him with a doleful expression as if he wanted to marry him. The other 99% of the time he's pretty unpleasant, mind.Oh yeah completely agree, a completely unpleasant individual, which is what I meant by being very surprised at the clips I'd seen. I've only seen short clips mind so he's probably how we expect the rest of the time. I've thought he was a card since his response in one interview to him shattering Haaland's knee "he injured me first so he had it coming". Fucking child.

A mate sent me a twitter video with Keane, Neville, wright, and others sar round a table going on about Forest wittering about VAR but then praising it to the hilt after the Playoff final v us, neville even switched on the video recording of Steve cook thanking John Moss and...'VAR we love you' etc. Yeah, that's one of the reels that got put on my Fakebook page, he called out Forest for the hypocrites they are.

At the risk of turning this into a pundit debate.
If I had one choice to sack a pundit, it would be a difficult choice between Carragher and Richards.
They know what they’re doing do the TV companies, hence you see these 2 idiots on Gogglebox together.

As far as I'm aware, Micah Richards has never spat at a child for supporting the "wrong" club.

Luton win tonight, hopefully. Absolutely shocking VAR decision in their favour too, hopefully.

Forest appeal rejected (thank god). Surely they should get two more points docked though, as they had two points taken away from the deduction after 'cooperating'?

Sad to say after the blunts result the scabs are most probably staying up. Luton can feel properly aggrieved at that.

For Luton to get 4 points from their last 2 fixtures is a stretch, and even though Burnley could upset Forest, they’d also have to beat Spurs. A point will likely see the bastards safe, another turd to add to the shit sandwich…

Ref for Olympiacos vs Aston Villa has previously been done for taking a bribe. What could possibly go wrong? Lump on Villa having two sent off and Olympiacos having at least three pens.

Just saw the latest England squad and in the "Have your say" section there's a comment that if Gibbs-White plays for England it will trigger a further fee to Wolves which would put Forest over FFP rules again. Really hope that's true!

Carsley was quite bullish on his explaination of selecting Gibbs-White in his presser. So I'd imagine he'd feature somewhat. "very attacking player, full of energy, very creative, exciting, brilliant attitude, very hard working.....used to winning" etc.

A detestable club with crooks in charge and a high percentage of low intelligence class traitor Scabs as fans. Sadly they seem quite established in the PL now so there's no point in keeping up any bitterness.. Still, I'd say they are the only club I'd laugh out loud at if they went completely bust. That includes our local rivals. Somethings transcend football.

So you can't be a football rival unless you're in the same division? Tell that to the deluded Muppets from Beeston who thinks they've been Manchester Uniteds biggest rivals over the last thirty years.

They’ll drop back down eventually, just have to hope we can be the ones that take their place when they do.

I know it's been said before, but I wish we'd made a bigger fuss about that play off final. Corberan meekly saying that's football and Hoyle not a peep.
